Wonderful, insightful tour and extremely well organized. Worth every euro! - Be prepared to be wowed! So much information about the Medici’s, their history, and of the artwork and crypts - it really put the Renassaince period in perspective as well as the other Medici places we had visited across the city..
Our tour guide, Lorenzo, was passionate, very well informed and had great recommendations of further a Medici resource info (including a movie). He also gave us recommendations of other places to visit that were lesser known but nonetheless informative and beautiful.
We felt extremely lucky to have him as guide and he has been (by far) the BEST tour guide of our visit. He was also on time, prepared, and included pictures (portraits) of all important Medici’s that helped bring them to life for us.

A small museum with a big story to tell! - Wow! I did not expect so much in such a compact museum. The tour was phenomenal - I highly recommend Francesca. She has so much knowledge on the Medici and the space, and bring in her tablet to provide more context. My only regret is we could not hire her to show us the rest of the city!

Great tour with great perspective - Great tour. Our guide explained thoroughly about the period of the time and Medici family. Explained about the sculptures and the large beautiful room. Definitely recommend the tour to understand what you are seeing.

Best tour of our trip - Our tour guide was the best she gave great historical information and the best part is she is a local who was born in florence. I took a lot of tours on this trip and by far this one was the best. I do wish the emails would asking for a review would remind me of our guides name. She deserves to be specifically mentioned but again so many tours and names blend. I only hope to have more like this in the future.

Great tour! Highly recommend for learning about the art. - Such a lovely tour! Full of so much information and our tour guide was great (her name started with a “G” - sorry I can’t remember!) She really hit all the highlights. Really makes the museum visit so much more fulfilling learning more about these beautiful works of art. Also incorporated the history of Florence. I don’t know much about art but I appreciate its beauty, and this tour was perfect to learn from.

Great guide and interesting historical context - Very knowledgeable and charismatic guide. She kept the tour interesting and enjoyable. The chapel itself was fully accessible with no restoration work going on so everything was visible. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable guide... - Very knowledgeable guide with a great sense of humor and engaging stories but we all struggled to understand the heavy accent. The tour was stunning nevertheless.

Very disappointed - Our guide was not good. He was late, his breath smelled bad, and all of us on the tour had a very hard time understanding him. He seemed to have an agenda he wanted to convince us of rather than telling us about what we were seeing. I would not recommend our guide ever.
