  • The cooking class will be operated by professional Chefs. The class might be divided in smaller groups, and each Chef will look after 15 participants

Excellent Pasta Making Class - The cooking class was a lot of fun. The chef was very pleasant and I was in a nice group of people. We learned how to make 3 types of pasta and a dessert and then had lunch with our creations.

Fun and delicious cooking experience - We enjoyed making 3 different types of pasta plus a simple dessert. It was easier than we thought, with the help of our instructor Naomi. They seem to have a good system down where everything is ready for us to do the hands-on part of the process. It was well-timed too, with enough time to enjoy our creations at the end. It was an evening well-spent. We look forward to making the recipes at home.

Pick this one! - Amazing, such a must do experience! Plenty of food to make and eat! You’ll leave with plenty learned even if you’ve made pasta before. Groups are 6 to a table and very collaborative (in a good way). By the time food is served, you are eating with new found friends. The instructors are kind, helpful and so knowledgeable! 5 stars, 10/10, would recommend!

Well worth a visit - What a great way to spend an evening! The chefs were friendly and entertaining and we thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. Small groups gave chefs time with each person and eating the final product was fantastic.

We are a family of 4 and... - We are a family of 4 and have an 11 and 14 year old. I wasn't sure if the class was going to feel worth the time or money, but it ended up being one of our favorite things we did in Florence. We got to make 3 pasta's (water based, egg based, and potatoe based), then you get to be served your dishes and given a bottle of wine. We met awesome people from all over. You get the recipes at the end. It was really really fun.

Excellent! You have to do it. - This was a wonderful value and as a baker and someone who loves to cook we learned more than we expected to. The instructions were easy and the food delicious. I wasn’t sure about this one but it was my favorite tour that we did. I cannot wait to get home and prepare these recipes for my friends and family.
