The best excursion you'll do. - The best day from our visit to Florence. Everything ran smoothly. We were met at the meeting point by a very friendly lady and taken by minibus to the garage . Leo, our guide, ran through safety and features of the scooters, and everyone riding had a practice run to check all ok. We had a lovely drive through narrow, quiet lanes, with 2 stops to take in the beautiful views, and Leo told us about the area, then on to the farmhouse for a gorgeous lunch. Our fellow riders in our group were all lovely people. Lovely Leo was brilliant, and Akex made sure we were safe along the way. Thank you both for a brilliant afternoon, we will definitely recommend you.

Incredible Italy adventure - This was a highlight of the entire 10 day trip. It was my first time riding a Vespa - scary but exhilarating. I was planning on riding with my husband, but since neither of us had ridden before and have weight differences between us, we were advised against it. My husband was nervous on the Vespa and was happy to have the option to drive an electric automatic fiat instead. The views are beautiful. There are narrow roads with traffic coming from the opposite direction. Lunch was mediocre but still would highly recommend for the adventure.

Florence, Vespa, pasta, is there anything else?! - What incredible memories were made on this tour. Gabriel, Chris, Leo and Alex made sure everyone was educated, safe and having an enjoyable time. There’s nothing like seeing the Italian countryside while riding a Vespa. The lunch provided was excellent. Charming restaurant with wonderful antipasto appetizer and pasta for lunch. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful ride through the country side. - Alex was amazing. He made sure we were comfortable before leaving the garage. His knowledge of the Tuscan region was immense and he happily shared history on the bus ride to and from the garage. The meal in Tuscany was wonderful.

Exciting and fairytale like Vespa Tour of Tuscan Joy - An absolutely fantastic Vespa experience with our excellent guide Chris , making the 5 hour trip fun and historic all along the way ! Beautiful and safe , we explored little Tuscan villages above Florence in the warm sunshine and at a leisurely and picturesque pace 🥰 Lunch was delicious and on the breathtaking lawn of a home in Galileo’s neighbourhood with spectacular views of the mountains and vineyards 😍 A truly memorable ride that was a perfect beginning to our fantastic Tuscano adventure ❤️

You Haven’t Lived Till You Almost Died on a Vespa in Florence - Let’s start with the obvious: yes, you waste a solid chunk of time walking to a bus, then riding said bus up a winding hill wondering if this was really the “Tuscan dream” you signed up for. But once you arrive—oh mama—the chaos begins and it’s glorious. First, the “driving test.” If you’ve never touched a motorcycle in your life? Perfect. They’ll send you straight up a steep hill, ask for a U-turn at the top (lol), and back down with all the grace of a baby giraffe on roller skates. One girl looked so cute in her outfit—until she ate it, ripped her pants, and limped the rest of the day riding in the sad little Fiat. Her man didn’t get to ride either because, well…pride. And then came the main event. A short but spirited man took the side rail like a ramp, flew a heroic 5ft in the air, and landed with a leg-snapping thud that put him into shock. Superman had fallen. We all had to wait for the ambulance, which felt like forever. My husband, a first responder, immediately muttered, “I don’t do traffic,” and casually stepped aside while the chaos unfolded. Iconic. Meanwhile, an older woman who hadn’t even been tested yet was fuming about the lost wine-sipping-in-the-hills time. Honestly, fair. Half the group bailed before we even got going—and no shame there. The route was not beginner-friendly. This was no Vespa 101—it was full throttle, pothole-dodging, no-rules, Italian countryside madness. And it. Was. A. Blast. My husband and I cannot stop talking about it. If you like your Tuscan charm served with a side of danger and drama? Book it. Just… maybe don’t wear white pants.

Great tour with excellent... - Great tour with excellent guides. Manor and Chris were fun and friendly. Wish there was more time on the Vespa and able to stop a few more places or go a little slower at some spots to take more pictures and enjoy the view.

BEWARE. The actual bus pickup is 20 minute walk from the meeting place. And there might be 40-50 people on your tour. - YOU SHOULD KNOW. Due to construction they claim, the actual bus pickup is a 20 MINUTE WALK from the meeting place…which we found to be absolutely ridiculous. I think it’s false advertising. If we had known the bus pickup was so far from the meeting place we never would have attempted this tour. Just absolutely insane. There were quite a few older older folks that clearly didn’t expect this amount of walking. From there, you have to take another 20 minute drive and then apparently you have to do scooter training / orientation / testing with a bunch of people have never even been on a scooter. There were 40-50 people on our tour and we decided not to even take it after realizing that there were just too many people for us. I suspect this company knows they would book many fewer guests if they advertised the actual bus departure place and they choose to mislead their guests. Shameful, in my opinion. This is the first negative review I have ever left on Viator. The people need to know!

Dangerous, Terrible Description - I am very sad to write this review because I was so looking forward to this trip. But this is a very dangerous activity to do for individuals with little to no vespa experience. They do say “experience recommended” but it should be REQUIRED. Many individuals failed the driver test after just 3 minutes of instruction prior to operating the vehicle up a steep hill and around a turn. Even more passed the test but crashed hard during the tour. People were injured during the test drive AND the tour. This is not safe. Instead of an hour commute to the location to get the vespas, that hour should be spent gradually introducing the controls, doing shorter runs on flat surfaces before the hill, and making sure that attendees are prepared. if the tour company can not make time to do this, it should be REQUIRED to have experience. Only 3/30 of the guests on my tour had experience, and two of them still crashed. Also be warned, there is an actual HIKE (after a 20 minute bus ride) to get to the location where the vespas are even located.
