A must do tour to start your stay in Florence! - We would highly recommend this tour, especially at the beginning of your stay in Florence! Not only was this a great way to see Florence, it gave us some great ideas of where we wanted to visit further during our stay. Our tour guide, Ivan, was excellent - a local, knowledgable and passionate! He showed us some fascinating parts of the city that we wouldn’t have even know were there and gave us some great recommendations for later. The communication on booking was brilliant - they messaged directly to my phone, which made it hassle free. They picked you up from anywhere within historic Florence and were so flexible about changing location so you weren’t tied down to meet-up points. 10/10 experience!

Highly recommended! - ES was 37 degrees and our guide Ivan was in a great mood. He showed us the highlights of the city and also gave us some insider tips. Despite the fact that we used the German audio guide, he told us a lot about it in aand-free English and had answers to all our questions. The contact was already made in advance via WhatsApp, which allowed an absolutely uncomplicated in-process. In a city where ES has so much to see, this tour is just amazing! Tour of Florence with Rickshaw - We had a wonder Tour with Rickshaw. He is so great with his ideas transfer , historical knowledge and the love with Florence. He is so pleasant to stop at places and took for us pictures as best memories of Florence. 5 stars for Rickshaw.

Wonderful & relaxing way to see the historic center of Florence - My wife and I had only one day to spend in Florence in July, so we didn’t have much time to try to take in the city. We thought that the Rickshaw Tour would be a great way to see and learn in the time we had. We figured we would enjoy the tour, but it far exceeded our expectations. Our hotel was outside the pick-up zone, so we took the tram to the train station where our tour guide Ivan (pronounced ee-VAHN) picked us up right one time. Ivan was friendly, engaging & an excellent host as well as a very informative tour guide. We could tell he absolutely loved his city and was excited to share it with us. It felt like we were being shown around by a family friend. We were comfortable in Rickshaw on the hot summer day and were able to get to all the popular photo locations and many more in between. He did an excellent job of navigating the crowds and even took us across the river to show us some of his favorite spots. He also found a vendor that had the exact souvenir that my wife wanted. If you only have a short time in Florence, I can’t think of a better way to take in the history and beauty of Florence in such a small amount of time. Someday we plan to return to to explore for several days and plan to do the tour again the fist day to reorient ourselves to the city and get our bearings. Can’t emphasize enough of how much we enjoyed this tour.
