- Borgo Santi Apostoli, 18 - Delve into the world of clay sculpting with the guidance of Frank Rekrut, a seasoned artist and teacher.\nSelect from a wide array of original sculptures at our studio to replicate, whether it’s a figure or a portrait.\nFrank’s tailored, step-by-step guidance ensures an enjoyable and straightforward experience for novices, while also offering a valuable practice opportunity for more advanced learners.\nOur distinctive teaching method will equip you with the skills to:\n1- Dedicate either five mornings or afternoons, for three hours each session, amounting to a total of 15 hours over the course of five days.\n2- Achieve precise facial and bodily proportions in your sculptures.\n3- Manipulate clay with assurance.\n4- Effortlessly observe and imitate anatomical and facial traits.\nYour journey begins with the application of clay onto a metallic armature (a wire structure that underpins the figure or portrait).\nThe initial layer of clay is molded to mirror the profile proportions of the plaster model.\nFollowing the establishment of these proportions, you will enhance the clay, fleshing out the form into three dimensions.\nThe final touches involve refining details and features.\nThe end product will astonish you!
