Always love the hop on... - Always love the hop on hop off buses! Provided some information but not really in line with where you’re at. Wish the buses ran later so you can get to/from some of the sites at sunset.

Hop on hop off bus - The Florence Red line is a good overview of the city. Only problem was that we were kept waiting over an hour for a bus. They recognized the issue and gave all the passengers at time extension, but it was unnecessary and not a great experience.

Just make sure you take... - Just make sure you take the red route first, as this is the longest. Do that on the first day, as it ends early around 4pm, which is annoying.

Not worth your money - The tour does not include special sights. We have long (15 min) stood still on a square with a view over the city. This was a nice point to take pictures, but not to get off and wait for the next bus. If we had known that we would stand still here for 15 minutes, we would have quickly gotten out to take pictures and then got back in to continue. We didn't do the B-route because the 1st wasn't interesting already. We had bought a 2 day ticket (€70) to also have transport along the various sights, but because you did not pass there we were not able to use it. It was an expensive hour-long drive So not worth the money for us

Bad experience - I had trouble not getting the ticket by email before. The email came without the attachment. At the boarding point I didn't count. Good will of the Enterprise employees,. No goodwill from them.

Very difficult to figure... - Very difficult to figure out where bus picks you up and difficulty finding how to access tickets.never used the experience because we couldn't find the bus stops

Don’t do it - We literally chased the bus all around Florence for 4 hours. Called the helpline twice to get directions. Never did connect with it. Can’t comment at all about the tour.

Poor layout and service on open top bus - The advertised time table only runs to 7th Sept no mention it falls off a cliff from then.Poor layout, changed routes, bus stops unmarked, bus stop numbers changed, drivers operate a strict day not care if you are metres away policy of driving of on the hourly bus! Do not book as you will be very frustrated.

Missed the Bus in Florence - We were unable to locate the bus anywhere. Saw them throughout Rome, but we were unable to locate in Florence, even after seeking support. I see from the reviews that others have experienced the same. Very disappointing.
