Spectacular! - First of all our guide, Marta, was exceptional. She loaded us with information, answered questions, made sure no one was left behind, and was very fun, kind and professional. Marta was a big part of making this trip enjoyable. The towns that we visited were so beautiful and interesting. The lunch that was included was wonderful too! Lots of walking but also lots to see ( and eat and drink). It was a great tour and I highly recommend it to anyone. About of to Carlo our bus driver who did a great job keeping us all safe. Special thanks to Marta for her kindness.

Stunning and fun! - amazing trip! We opted for just the travel option (explored on our own) and it was one of the highlights of my trip to florence! The tour guide Tabitha was super helpful and informative despite us not necessarily paying for her service. She helped us have all the info we needed to adventure on our. The islands are beautiful with lots to do! Highly recommend:)

Great experience - We had a phenomenal time. Used the transfer to and from Florence. Marta and Genado (driver) could not have been more accommodating. Navigating that bus was not small feat. Would recommend.

Great preview of Cinque Terra with no stress - Marta was an amazing tour guide. Very clear in her instrument and organized. The trip was smooth and efficient. We loved this little "appetizer" of Cinque Terra. Looking forward to coming back and spending more time there. We thought the lunch and wine were fantastic as well. Shout out to Francesco the bus driver. He was great too. If you are looking to see cinque terra without the stress, this is a great oprio for

Beautiful coastline - My husband and I just got back from our tour to Cinque Terre from Florence! We had a wonderful guide, Reynata and our driver, Manuelo, were wonderful too. We were able to explore each area for at least an hour and had lunch included. The most beautiful part was the towns on the sides of the cliff and the beautiful coast! We even had a nice boat ride to one of the towns. I am so glad we were able to view this part of Italy.

Great place & AMAZING tour-guide! - We took only a transfer of this tour and not a full walking tour with lunch. The transfer tour is basically, just roundtrip transportation from Florence to Cinque Terre and back again. We wanted to navigate the five lands on our own at our own speed rather than being tied to a tour schedule with lots of other people. I think this is the best way to navigate the lands. Cinque Terre is beautiful and there are so many beautiful views and lovely shops to see. The only issue I had with Cinque Terre (nothing to do with this tour or the tour company) was that it was still terribly packed in late September when we went. Taking the trains between the lands are unbearable as you are stuffed like sardines into the train cars. The trains also did not run on time while we were there so making travel by train even more cumbersome as you are left walking crowded streets with many tour groups of people, cruise ships, etc. Overall, I really enjoyed going to all the five lands and think this tour was defiantly worthwhile as the bus ride was pleasant and efficient. Our tour guide Marco, was so amazing and went above and beyond to answer everyones questions and accommodate everyone and told us where and what time to meet him so we can get on the tour bus back to Florence. He even searched for us on one of the five lands (don't even know how he found us amongst the crowds of people) and told us that the tour he was walking was running late. Marco was definitely a breath of fresh air and always had a positive attitude and smile no matter what obstacle we came across. Also, cheers to our bus driver for perfectly navigating the narrow curvy streets!

Beautiful scenery - This is a long day, with 4 places visited. They are all quite similar and we didn’t get much time in each place - it all felt a little rushed. My favourite was the last place, and we only had 50 minutes there ! The main thing to do in each one is visit tourist shops, drink a coffee or eat ice cream and look at the (very beautiful) scenery. The tour guides were brilliant, with excellent english, and really clear communication. Lunch was Really disappointing - I have food intolerances, my restrictions were emailed 2 months before the trip and my agent assured me I would be catered for. On the bus the tour guide assured me they would make me something appropriate. However, when I arrived at the restaurant they really weren’t prepared to make me anything other than a plain salad (which was a good salad, but I wouldn’t have paid the extra for lunch had I been told prior to the trip that was all I’d get as a main course). Eventually after prolonged complaining, they did eventually bring me something else. Those that ate the fixed menu didn’t really enjoy their meal, saying it wasn’t good quality or tasty. There are plenty of restaurant options in that particular stop, I wished we’d spent our money in one of them
