Highly recommended - A must see place in the Florence. The museum included in this tour was very instructive. I recommend visiting the Museum first so you can learn about the church before climbing to the top.

Great ticket to see sights at your own pace - We enjoyed the ability to see all the different parts of the cathedral on our own schedule and pace. The tickets were easy to use. The Dome Climb was fantastic! Easy to understand instructions.

Museum, buildings and the climb. - Enjoyable. Great museum. The Baptistery is now under restoration (inside). The dome climb was brutal.

Spectacular - Everything beautiful, from the wonderful view to the works of art that when seen up close leave you breathless. Having the full ticket with entrance times saved us a lot of time so we had the opportunity to visit more targets than expected

The tour delivered as it... - The tour delivered as it promised. We travelled during Easter in the year of catholic Jubilee when the hours of places constantly change. Our original tour date happened to be a closure day. The tour operator was able to reschedule our tour before we departed for Italy. He gave clear instructions via WhatsApp on ticket retrieval as well as detailed map information of different entry points and hours for the Duomo complex.

Recommended experience - It was very easy to find the meeting point with the indications sent. With the entrance you can enter faster, without long waits, as you are referred to a small line according to the timetable you chose. Excellent service.

Don’t miss the museum! - I bought this ticket mainly to get the dome climb reserved. We got the first time of the morning and were early in line so got to the top with very few people, enhancing the experience. As we exited the dome the line to enter the cathedral was not that long so we joined it. We still had to wait 30-40 min before they let anyone in. On day 3 we went back to visit the museum. We went in the late afternoon and were able to walk right in. It was time well spent. We visited the Baptistery after the museum which I think is the best way. I gave this 4 stars as I didn’t like the way the ticket was delivered. It came through what’s app and had to be downloaded. I had never done that before. I took a picture of the ticket which worked pretty well but the Duomo and surroundings also have free wifi.

A worthwhile climb - The wait in line was relatively short. The climb a bit of a trek but manageable. Unfortunately it started to pour as we reached the top of the dome. We couldn’t get much of a view due to the low clouds, were drenched from the roof rim off and had to stay on the top level for 10 minutes before we could make our way back down. I still recommend the activity as you will experience historic sights and views of the architectural wonder of the Duomo. Just be prepared for the weather. 😉

As advertised. They... - As advertised. They definitely kept hurrying us along, I guess in order to allow more hordes to enter. But the views were great, and the ability to skip the line into the cathedral by entering through the crypt was a nice bonus. We definitely got our "steps" in that day.
