Worth the price of a skip the line ticket - I definitely recommend buying a fast track ticket to skip the lines. The museum was very crowded at 2pm when we went, and we were able to make the most of our last day in Florence by choosing the skip the line ticket through Trip Advisor. Plus, my mom has bad knees and it was helpful to not have to stand in a long line. On that note, there were many places to sit and rest and admire the art. Of course the main attraction is Michelangelo’s David. It’s even more impressive in person and worth every penny, even if that’s the only reason you visit. I also recommend visiting the room to the left of David with all of the busts. It’s very impressive.

worthwhile experience - this experience was well worth the time and effort because so much more was discovered than I thought would be available.

We have done a guided... - We have done a guided tour in the past, which is what I highly recommend! However, due to time constraints we opted out of a guided tour. Our only regret! Skipping the line benefit is always worth it, but be sure to pay for a guide!

Entry time changed - I booked an 8:15AM entry time - the earliest - when buying the entry ticket. The morning of our visit, the rep told me that my original time was not available, only 8:30AM. Yes, it's only 15 minutes difference, yet we did not get the ticket time we selected, paid for, and had confirmed by Viator. We should have been notified in advance, and given the option to opt out. We have another such "first entry" booked for the Pantheon in Rome on May 5. We hope our entry time is honored. Thank you, John Wiggins

We expected the museum to... - We expected the museum to be bigger; it was much smaller than anticipated. My group paid double the regular museum entrance price to skip the line. That seems to be the standard for most events/attractions. There was a bit of a wait; we were told it was due to the rain and museum. Michelangelo's David was impressive to be sure. The museum was average. VIATOR could provide more clear instructions or make sure the tour guide has a visible flag at the meeting point.
