Viuzzo di Monteripaldi, 4 - From fresh pasta to traditional ragù. My mamma will help you into the kitchen secrets of a true florentine family and at the same time you’ll be cooking her specialities together, And of course eat it.
She will teach you how to make the real Italian pasta from scratch.
We will prepare together two traditional pastas: “Tortelli di patate” and “Gnocchi” same time we aslo prepare the perfect sauces to match: “Ragù” and “Burro e Salvia”.
When we are finished we will cook, eat, and savour our results together.
We follow real tradition, so no machinery are required for pasta, only few ingredients and roller pin!

A Florence must do! - This experience was a MUST DO! The food was amazing, the house was stunning and the company was great. The instructors were so friendly and happy to be doing their class. We learned a lot and CANT WAIT to try it at home!! Best day ever!

Perfect day! - This was the most amazing day! Stefani and his mother were such a great hosts. They were so knowledgeable and helpful when cooking. Wine was flowing. Food was so delicious and their space is so beautiful! Highly recommend to all!

Best cooking class ever - If there ever was a cooking class to participate in, this is it. We had the best day. The atmosphere was delightful and the view was spectacular. Stefano and his Mamma Daniela are lovely warm inviting people. Stefano is an exceptional teacher who teaches you step by step. You get the recipes try at home, wine to enjoy and culture to devour. What’s not to like. A must when in Florence.

Pasta delight - This was my favourite activity in 3 weeks of Italy! The venue is absolutely beautiful and our hosts were so friendly and accomodating. We had free flowing wine to enjoy while we made our gnocchi and ravioli with ragu. The food was absolutely delicious and I loved the small group environment. We were sent the recipes to try at home. Highly recommend!

Book this class PRONTO - Book this class pronto!! I promise it’ll be the favorite experience of your trip! Our family of four loved our time in this beautiful private home and backyard with breathtaking view. The pace was perfect. The food was delicious - and it created memories of a lifetime. My boys (18 & 21) had a fantastic time!

An incredible experience! - This was an incredible experience - the highlight of our trip so far!
You get to experience a traditional, authentic cooking class with Stefano and his mother. Their home is beautiful, with wonderful views and the food was delicious. Cannot recommend enough!

Perfecto!! - We are so happy we chose this cooking class. Stephano and his mum are the perfect hosts. We loved what we learnt and met great people. Being in the Tuscan countryside, just outside of town was so beautiful. We highly recommend this experience.

Short-term cancellation 4h before the start - Was unfortunately cancelled at super short notice not even 4h before the start, which is of course stupid if you planned the day accordingly.
