See the sights of Florence from our stay in Fiesole - This was our 2nd hop on hop off experience in Firenze we were staying in Fiesole where we started our journey. The bus driver and tour guide were both female and the bus driver was exceptional in driving the bus down those narrow streets. the tour guide was Italian but is now a permanent resident of Australia who by coincidence lived in Redcliffe near Brisbane. She was a wonderful guide as she was originally from Florence. Highly recommend this tour if you want to see the sights of Florence.

Affords Sights Outside of City Center. - Nice way to get outside the city center and see the greener side of Florence. Lovely villas and parks are on the tour route.

Poor signage and maps online - Online map not accurate with stops and hard to see street names. Bus stops not clearly mark where to get on. Sites you see on the trip are amazing.

Don’t throw away paper ticket - Booked a two day tour, didn’t keep paper ticket as presumed App ticket could be used. So second day was not allowed to get on bus. Public transport is better and cheaper option.

Will not buy again - - ever - I had purchased a ticket in advance of my trip to Florence, Italy. But was unable to use it due to their app not working despite several trials. They did not reimburse me. Taking that up with PayPal and my credit card. Will never deal with this company again.

Horrible experience - Memorable for sure!!!! They have over 20 stops, only I could not find any of them, called Viator and they told me that I had 3 choices and they send them to me. We arrived at 11:40 am and their posted schedule said every 30 minutes, so we waited and waited and waited...... I contacted the operator and I was informed us that it was runing every 70 MINUTES only we had been waiting longer than that. Custumer service was horrible!!! And I'm being kind on the comments. I woul NOT RECOMEND THIS AT ALL.

Not worth the money, much less the time. - Really not worth the money much less the time. Meant to be a tour not a bus ride, yet the staff were extremely unhelpful in keeping some semblance of order with an extremely noisy family. The reaction was that this was a family space and there was nothing to be done a bout the noise which meant that we could not hear the commentary. Moreover, the member of staff was part of the problem, not the solution: an altercation with another customer about the details of a ticket was carried on at length and loudly, again making it difficult to listen to the commentary. Don’t bother: having done many such tours in many cities, this was the worst.

Were sold tickets for... - Were sold tickets for this bus online but the bus service does NOT run in January and there was no information or any one to ask at Florence. No refund, just got ripped off
