Nice idea if you don’t feel like walking - It was easy to take the bus. It’s a good way to have an idea of the entire city, especially when you don’t feel like walking. The city was full of people and it was hard to walk on the streets.

Hop - The fact does the bus driver patiently waited for the car to get out of the way on those tiny sharp corners, I would have given them a nudge period

Great way to see the city! - Great way to see the city! We rode both the A and B lines. Saw areas that we would have missed if not for the bus. The ticket is valid for 24 hrs starting when you first validate the ticket.

It gets you around town, not necessarily close to the attractions. This was our main form of travel during our trip - We enjoyed our hop on/hop off tour. We have done it in many cities. It was essential for getting around town as my phone (ATT USA) would not let me do maps. It gets you near the main attractions but there is a lot of walking to do after the stop. We were able to see much of Florence and were able to go out into the countryside which is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for 3 days of transportation.

Needed more information about the Friesole stop - Wish I had known the bus stopped for 20 minutes at Fiesole while the bus driver took a break. Nothing in the voucher or map stated this important detail. Otherwise, the hop-on/hop-off bus was great.

Not a great experience. - Our experience with this Hop on Hop off tour was not great. We found staff arguing with each other in front of customers, stops not being consistently announced by a driver who preferred to chat on his cell phone, some discourteous drivers and finally a lack of clear information when switching buses between their A and B lines. Don't expect much from these types of tours but this one was hands down the worst.

Very disappointing - Information and map was not the best. Very confusing on buses on blue and red line. Last bus we rode was 40 minutes late. When we got on they explained bus sequence was out of order and we would live in 4 minutes. 40 minutes later still at a stand still people were becoming very irritated. Got a little ugly for the tour guide. She had no info saying she was waiting on a call from manager. Very poor planning and very poor execution Do not recommend.

Good and bad - Once we got on bus it was great Took awhile to understand the stops In Rome you have a person at every stop to confirm Stops there are better with better info Lady on bus was very helpful

Rip off - Shocking tour avoid avoid avoid €29 pp Always do the big bus tours but this one is so bad Commentary is so delayed you miss I would suggest to do the golf cart tour instead or take a taxi
