History and Ghosts of St. Andrews - A friend and I joined Richard for a ghost tour of St. Andrews last week and we had a wonderful time. It was just the two of us on the tour with Richard and it was great to hear his deep knowledge of the city's history and its paranormal residents. Really made me look at St. Andrews in a different way and I'm grateful I was able to take this tour on my trip to Scotland. Would definitely recommend this tour to anyone looking to explore a unique perspective of St. Andrews!

Fascinating tour - We really enjoyed the ghost tour at St Andrews. Richard was really knowledgeable and his work is fascinating. This is a genuine and interesting ghost tour for those interested in the paranormal, with no ‘fairytales’ or silly scares. We went to some beautiful locations with great photo opportunities too! We would recommend this tour to anyone visiting St Andrews.

No B.S ghost tour. - The best ghost tour I've ever been on. No B.S. just straight forward talk on history and actual anecdotes on St Andrews, the history, the people and the place. Outstanding! > went straight home and purchased one of Richards books straight away. Fascinating tour. Fascinating man. Fascinating place.

Straight up - Ended up being a private tour with just us, which was perfect. Explained history, events and passed on stories of what not only he had seen but also what others over the many years he had lived there had seen also. Some described the events and persons/figures they had seen which our guide was able to determine where the event had taken place. Great night outing

Not for me - The tour was professionally delivered and the timings were slick. It was interesting to see some parts of the town we hadn't seen before. Unfortunately the content and style just weren't for me. I felt the guide spent a lot of time talking about himself which may appeal to some, but I found it a little self indulgent for a 90 minute walking tour. Lots of stories about sightings on previous tours, but it was very evident that ours was not going to produce a 'ghost on demand'. We also had someone in our group genuinely wanting to engage, but questions mid tour were shut down and not addressed, which was a shame. We felt totally disengaged. I started a sceptic, and ended an even bigger sceptic. Sorry Richard.

Not worth the money - The tour consisted mostly of the tour guide speaking of himself and books hes written, not much in the way of ghosts. Some might enjoy it, we really didn't.
