We see the lights. - Guide Antoinette was very diligent and helpful. While it was quite cold, her knowledge and enthusiasm were so evident. After no sighting at first stop , she drove to a second where we were fortunate to see the lights in the horizon. Main reason to come. Satisfied. Enjoyed talking to her in Dutch too.

We hunt the Aurora!! - I just got back from our trip to Lapland, I booked all the activities with Nordic Unique Travel, we did this one in particular with Nikki. They picked us up in a van and we went along with 2 other vans to hunt for the aurora. Nikki, a charming, professional, explained to us the phenomenon of the Aurora and got us to see it by changing location. In addition, she and Martí froze their hands taking all the possible photos. Very nice. It's nice to see young people so decisive and helpful. Thank you very much for the experience.

Bbq and light hunting highly recommended - Erik and other team members were amazing. The knowledge and stories they told were amazing. We didn't manage to see the lights, due to the wear, but the experience was once in a lifetime.

Amazing experience - My family and I booked this tour and our guide, Antonella, took us in 3 different locations just to see the nothern lights because that day it was cloudy and snowing. Finally we could see them. Thank you Antonella.

Great tour, highly recommended! - The tour was great and despite of it being cloudy most of the time our guide Victor managed to find the Northern Lights for us to see! He was highly entertaining and during the evening told us a lot of interesting fun facts about Finland. Highly recommend the tour and him as the guide!

Amy was nice she brought... - Amy was nice she brought us cookies and blueberry tea but we didn’t have luck! We found lots of clouds and couldn’t see anything :(

They just want your money - Don’t book the Auroras Hunting Tour with them. They will do the tour even if it’s impossible to see auroras that night (they know it before the activity due to the weather forecast) just to take advantage of the tourists money. Carlos, our guide, was very nice and did everything possible but it was 100% cloudy that night so he couldn’t do anything from the beggining. We even stopped with a van of the same agency that couldn’t see anything like us. If the weather forecast is 100% coulds and you know it from the begging, the logical thing to do would have been to rearange the tour to other day and not to do it anyway just to take our money. So dissapointing.

Don't go!!!! - The tour was very misleading, they just dropped us in a place and gave us food and did not try to even educate us at all regarding the lights or change locations. Completely disrespectful towards all these people who spent all this money. Zero effort. I regret spending money on this tour. Extremely dissapponting

Terrible Customer Service and front staff, rude and gaslighting (but good guide) - Our entire interaction with Nordic Travels has left a sour taste, and I would have given 0 if I could. (Tour guide himself was great but the experience with this company was disappointing to say the least) Our disappointment began when we inquired about the possibility of rescheduling our tour due to anticipated bad weather. We were told that they would get back to us after checking the availability for alternative dates. Unfortunately, we never received the promised callback, forcing us to initiate two follow-up calls to obtain a response. When they responded, they offered us a 50% discount on the next tour if we proceeded with the initially scheduled one, despite our concerns about the weather. Reluctantly, we agreed to attend the tour, hoping for a positive experience. However, the tour turned out to be far from enjoyable due to unfavourable weather conditions. After the tour, we approached the staff to book another tour as the weather had indeed impacted our experience. To our shock, they denied ever making the 50% discount offer and insisted on full payment for the additional tour. We were appalled by this sudden change in stance, especially considering we have all of our call history documenting their initial commitment. This inconsistency in communication and failure to honour their own offer has left us feeling deceived and taken advantage of as customers.
