- Fes - Our chef invites you to share her passion and intelligence in a friendly and warm atmosphere. In the main kitchen, the workshops are organized in the group of 2 to 7 people maximum to ensure a personalized welcome and confer sessions cheerfulness sought. Each half-day course will teach you how to prepare an appetizer, a main course and a dessert. The class begins with a visit to the souks of spices and vegetables with our chef and a guide to buy fresh products and also to give some culinarytips and tricks.
At the end of each session, you will tast the dishes during a friendly lunch on the terrace overlooking the Medina of Fez or in the dining room of the Riad. A list of recipes dedicated by our chefs will be offered to share a grain of Morocco at home, with family or friends.

Our chef she is from Fez, authentic and interactive cooking defines what we do and we are fluent in the language of food. We see food as an excellent medium for communication and a way to become acquainted with the local people and their customs, as food creates bonds.
The manner in which we conduct our experiences is truly genuine and convivial. Our workshops are conducted in an engaging manner, where we all participate in the cooking process, exchange anecdotes, and discuss customs and practices. We hold the belief that food transcends merely biological necessity, serving also as a cultural and societal staple. Our kitchen is modestly equipped, mirroring the simplicity of our own home kitchens, ensuring you won’t need any extravagant gadgets or tools that may be challenging to find when you try these recipes at home. We carefully prepare and cook three foundational, traditional dishes from Fez - a starter, a main dish, and a sweet delicacy. *You will also have the chance to savor our homemade signature tea.
The lesson commences with an excursion to the local spice and vegetable markets led by our chef and a culinary expert, where you’ll select the freshest ingredients while receiving practical cooking tips and techniques.
