Highly recommend it! 5star service! - It was really well organised. I got a message on the morning of my treatment confirming the pickup. The journey was smooth, the driver was very friendly. When I arrived I was greeted by the owner, we had a chat, he was lovely, smiling and very welcoming. My whole treatment was amazing! Had a hammam and de-stress massage. I felt like I was re-born. The dropoff was as smooth as the pickup. I can only recommend it!

Great! - It was an amazing experience. We were here for the first time last year. How nice that the driver still recognized us! The reception is accompanied by a cup of Turkish tea and a bottle of water. The treatments were superb! I want to specially thank Veysel, Aysu, and Julia for this wonderful experience! Amazing experience, highly recommend - I believe it was the Special package I had. From the moment I pre-booked online ahead of my trip.. I just new I had picked the best place to go. The website was easy to navigate and booking simple. The option to have complimentary pick up from your hotel is a really nice touch. I had a warm welcome from the moment I was collected. Sanctuary Spa are attentive and professional with every process. Greeted with a tea and water, before confirming my treatment. Thorough consultation form. I was then offered to undress in a private room where I had my own coded locker for my items. I was then taken into the sauna before being greeted by the lovely Yasel. Yasel then took me into the bathing room where he performed the Turkish wash ritual. Yasel was very professional with extra care to ensure I was comfortable. I have to say the favourite part is always the foam 😍 magical. Thankyou Yasel for the utmost care. I was then offered more water and juice before heading into my massage with the wonderful Pucu, a wonderful Balinese lady. Her pressure was wonderful and understood my needs. I couldn’t recommend Sanctuary Spa enough. My only regret was not having enough money this trip for a return visit as I would have loved to have spent more time there. The location is set on the strip but tucked away underground. It’s beautiful and super clean. Great work 🤌🏻🤌🏻 Highly recommend. Now when are you opening that one in the UK 😉

Great Experience, would recommend highly! - My partner and I had a wonderful experience last night. Prior to booking, we researched and compared various options on Trip Advisor, and ultimately chose the one with the best reviews. We opted for the special package and were impressed from the beginning. Upon arrival, we were offered complimentary drinks and asked to fill out some forms. After changing into appropriate attire, we proceeded to the sauna and spent around 10-15 minutes there before being escorted to the hamam. There, we experienced a traditional Turkish bath ritual that included bathing, scrubbing, massaging with a peeler, heel care, and a foam/bubble massage, which lasted approximately 40 minutes. Following a 15-minute rest and refreshment break, we received our massages. My partner chose the anti-stress massage, while I opted for the deep tissue massage, both of which lasted around 40 minutes and provided total body relaxation. After another 10-minute rest, we were given a facial mask, which we left on for 15 minutes before washing it off and being offered drinks to rehydrate. Throughout the experience, the friendly staff took great care of us. I was so relaxed that I even dozed off! I highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to kickstart their vacation on a positive note.

A LOVELY EXPERIENCE OVERALL - AMAZING SERVICE FROM START TO FINISH. ONLINE BOOKING WAS EASY AND PROMPT. GOT PICKED UP FROM HOTEL (6 OF US) ON TIME AND HAD FIRST CLASS SPA SERVICE. STAFF WERE KIND, HELPFUL AND THE TURKISH BATH AND MASSAGE WAS AMAZING! WE EVEN GOT A 10% DISCOUNT AT THE END. MANY THANKS TO ALL THA STAFF. WILL DEFINITELY COME AGAIN IF I AM IN THE AREA.

Total relaxation - I had the Special Package and the Aftersun Package and both were excellent. (I actually fell asleep during the face mask bit on one of them, such was the level of relaxation!). I was surprised that men was women and that made me a little uncomfortable at first, but it feels so good that you get over it! The bubbles part of the washing feels like clouds. The facilities are really clean and in a good condition too, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Really, really recommend going here if you are in Oludeniz. It’s a treat and not cheap but you will be glad you did it.

Triple A service - The service we received left us feeling like King and Queen. Absolutely brilliant... felt like we were walking on a cloud after this package. We spoke with Hasan at the spa and he is very customer focused and went well above what we expected. I have been to many spa's around the world and this was by far the best I have experienced. I highly recommend this spa..
