definitely worth booking tour - I would highly recommend a tour with Adil. He was really friendly and knew alout about the history of the medina. We were able to see alot of the medina which would not have been possible if we did it by ourselves. He also gave us enough time to look around and do some shopping.

Highly recommended! - Very happy that we booked the tour with Adil.
Adil was very friendly and a real professional. He lived his whole live in the medina and knew a lot about the history.
Without him we would have certainly been lost. Highly recommend!

Pleasant tour of the medina - Adil was very friendly and was able to tell us a lot about the origins of the city (religion, craftsmanship; leather, wood, etc.). His English is good and he is not pushy. In the stores that are naturally shown, he emphasizes that it is without obligation.
All in all a very nice morning (tour: 3 hours).

Excellent tour of the Medina by a local! - We did a walking tour with Adil and we loved it! He was very thorough and professional- made sure we saw all the important cultural sites and more! He is a local who knows everyone around and was able to give us unique insight into the ins and outs of the Medina. Would highly recommend this tour!

If you are looking for a guide who knows what he is talking about, you will find him in Adil! - The tour with Adil was great. He showed us landmarks, including the King's Gate, and took us to viewpoints and photo spots. You can tell that he grew up in Fez and knows a lot of people. The city is known for its craftsmen, so I wasn't surprised that we would see a lot of shops. However, I would have liked some of the traders to explain more and go into more detail about the process and production. In some cases, such as the leather trade, water was simply poured over the clothes to show that it would run off. Very clumsy and not very impressive. So to speak, the simple "sales tricks". In other places, e.g. the ceramics factory, you got a deeper insight. From the raw material to the decoration, you saw every step and could thus immerse yourself in the complex ceramic processing.
