I highly recommend this tour - Mohammed was the best tour guide. He was very knowledgeable, kind and gave us enough time to take pictures and see around. If it wasn’t for him we’d be very lost, he made the trip to Fes very smooth and easy. He even helped me out sort out an issue I had with a flat tire.

Amazing day with an amazing guide! - It was excellent! Our tour guide took the best possible care of us: he showed a lot of nice places, took us to the most local and good quality shops and even came to have a nice lunch with us. He understood well what we are interested in and tailored the experience to our needs. I highly recommend!

Tour with the Mayor of the Medina - Ahmed was an amazing guide! He knew everyone and everything in the Medina. He was great at tailoring the tour to our interests, taking us places we didn’t even know we wanted to see, and answering all of our questions. We would highly recommend Ahmed and this tour to everyone!

Exceptional Guided Tour with Kamal - We had the pleasure of experiencing the Medina with Kamal, and he is THE BEST!! He is such a knowledgeable, warm, fun, and mannered gentleman, and filled our tour with so much joy. In addition to all the cultural and historical background he shared, he’s also a pretty wise and genuine guy that we loved spending time with. There was clear communication of expectations and schedule, and he made it clear to us that in any of the 3 types of artisans workshops he took us to there is absolutely no pressure to buy anything (his words: “if you buys something, you make them happy; if you don’t buy anything, you make them happy with your visit”). He even helped us haggle and got us a good price within our budget! Kamal did just above and beyond for us, and we’d 10/10 recommend him!!

Some Very Good but some not so good! - Our guide was excellent and very professional, it was great to walk around the medina gaining local knowledge and an informed insight to the history. I have deducted one star for tour time that was waisted with visits so called “Artisans” trying to sell their wears rather than just pass on information. I did not book or want a shopping trip!

Not guided - It was not guided at all. I just walked around with old guy and made me stopped by his friends’ shops.. also made me take photo of several musks even I don’t want to take.. also he hold my arm so many times which is really rude in my country so I was scared. it took 2.5 hours and felt like I was just forced to join old guys’ walking…

Be carefull ! - I do not recomand it. The visit took too much, around 7 hours, Nadjir is very friendly and hat a lot of nice stories for us, but the whole visit I felt that is was misstaken with a shopping session which was not in our plan. We just wanted to visit the city and buy nothing but he gave us the feeling that this tourist trap is an inside business between the sellers and the person who should have been our guide. So from a nice visit in the medina as we expected to have received, we ended up visiting shops and buying things that we didn‘t need with way more money that we whould ever buy such things. So .. to end the comment.. for us it was not the best choice.
