- Dar settash - During this culinary workshop, our instructor will escort you to our affiliated family-run Riad after a brief exploration of the old Medina. There, you’ll receive comprehensive insights into the ingredients, traditions, and cultural practices associated with Moroccan cuisine. You’re encouraged to inquire and discuss your own cooking experiences; the more you engage, the more you’ll learn!
The team will greet you at their authentic Moroccan eatery for an intercultural gathering that promises a chance for meaningful dialogue.

In each class, you’ll visit a Souk and Shop, prepare an appetizer, main dish, and dessert. After all the hard work, we will sit together to savour our self-made dishes and conclude the session with a delightful Moroccan tea time.
The class starts at 10:30 and runs approximately for 4 hours.

Highly recommended - We chose the cooking class experience in Fez, which included a tour of the market with Rabab, the preparation time and finally enjoying the lunch prepared in the splendid garden of the riad. We strongly recommend the experience, first of all for Rabab's kindness and friendliness, then also for the location in which the experience takes place and for the success of the dishes, among the best eaten during the entire holiday!

Great cooking workshop! - It was a very nice cooking workshop. We were allowed to indicate what we would like to cook, then we went to the market to get the ingredients. Definitely recommended. we had a wonderful first evening with delicious food. thanks to Rabab.

Extremely fun experience! - Rebab is a very sweet woman, who, together with the 'master chef', explained everything to us about the various Moroccan dishes. You cook everything yourself, from cutting the vegetables to serving them neatly on a plate. You make 6 different types of dishes. We had a great time with these sweet and cheerful people. The cooking course is given in a cute courtyard of a riad. And finally, enjoy your home-made meals!

Yummy and fun way to enjoy a Moroccan lunch! - Such a fun and yummy way to enjoy our lunch! Rabab started at the market and we got to explore a bit and learn about the market before heading to the riad! Rabab and the chef had a lovely outdoor set up in the courtyard and walked us through the steps of each course! We got to learn how to make some of our favorite Moroccan dishes, including the eggplant salad!

Delicious Moroccan Cooking in a Beautiful Setting - Wow! We had such fun at our cooking class. It was a lovely surprise to get to go to the market to purchase the items needed for our meal. The set up for cooking was in the beautiful Riad Jardin Chifra garden. Our hosts were patient, informative and worked well with our three teenagers. We definitely will be able to make the delicious meal of three different tangines (beef, lamb and chicken), fresh salads and yummy dessert when we get home to the US. I know this class will be a highlight of our Moroccan vacation.

A Delicious Learning Experience! - Our group absolutely loved our cooking class in Fez! The cook and her translator were both so kind and patient with us. I have a new appreciation of all that goes in to create the tagines we've sampled throughout our 2-week tour of Morocco! I highly recommend it!

Best cooking class…!!! - The cooking class today was fantastic...!
We were in the class with 2 friends..., learned super tricks and actually made 2 great salads..., a little more unusual, not the boring beef with plums...
A poem of a tomato and pepper salad, then chicken with lemons and olives with a perfect onion sauce...!
Also beef with peas and artichokes...!!

Great cooking class and experience - Rabab met us and took us around the Medina shopping for food. She explained everything perfectly and we enjoyed our shopping. Then we went to a beautiful riad courtyard to cook. They had a cart with supplies and everything was perfect. We made the most delicious tagines, cooked vegetables and fruit. We did this with three adults and 1 teen. I would highly recommend this cooking class.
