This hamlet is home to the renowned ‘Zayanes’ Berber tribe, who primarily engage in farming.\nSubsequently, we’ll make a halt in Ifrane, situated at 1650 meters above sea level, which bears a striking resemblance to a miniature Swiss village and is noted for the Michlifen Ski Resort. The journey from Fez commences at 8:00 AM, led by our experienced driver through the Atlas mountains. En route, you’ll come across Berber villages, one of which is Imouzzer - perched at an altitude of 1200 m and populated by the renowned Berber tribe of ‘Zayanes’, noted for their agricultural pursuits.

Subsequently, a halt at Ifrane, elevated at 1650 m, is obligatory. Its likeness to a quaint Swiss town is uncanny, and it is acclaimed for its Michlifen Ski Resort. A short distance away, you can indulge in a leisurely stroll within the Cedar Forest - a known sanctuary of the North African monkey, or the popular Barbary macaque.

The subsequent pause is allotted for a lunch break in Midelt, a serene Berber town nestled at the base of the High Atlas, recognized for its abundant fossils and minerals.
