Beyond incredible!!! Highly recommend!!! - This was hands-down the best cooking class I’ve ever done. Chaimae is one of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve met, and I feel so grateful to have met her and her family. I learned so much, not just about Moroccan cooking, but about Moroccan culture and hospitality. I reached out to Chaimae and told her that my dad was really interested in the bread making and I was interested in tagine and other Moroccan vegetable dishes, and she combined the two classes for us! Chaimae’s lovely mother, whom her business is named after, taught us how to make a special Moroccan bread. We made an incredible chicken tagine and three vegetable starters—including a BEYOND delicious eggplant zaalouk. She helped us find a great deal on a tagine dish, so now we can make it ourselves at home! Before we even started cooking, Chaimae was on top of it with helping us navigate Fes as travelers, from helping with taxis to directions to recommending other women-led businesses and guides to support. She served us delicious tea and homemade pastries as well. She uses the freshest ingredients and really believes in tourism as intercultural exchange—learning from each other, rather than transactional. Thank you so much Chaimae, and we will keep in touch! Thank you to your mother and sister as well for welcoming us into your home. See you hopefully soon!

Amazing cooking class - One of the highlights of our trip to Morocco. Chimae was a wonderful host and made us feel at home, taught us all the tricks of her traditional cooking and gave us a truly authentic experience. She gave us a few options of things to cook and going to the market helped contextualize the experience. Really a great person to spend the day with. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Amazing cooking class experience in Fes! - Chaima was an amazing host! She received us in her beautiful home and we had the pleasure of meeting her family and we felt immediately welcomed and as part of the family. I came with my parents and it was their first cooking class experience and they absolutely loved it. We cooked a prune tajine with lamb and a chicken pastilla, they both came out as good as if not better than high end restaurant quality. And since it was our first time in Fes, Chaima was kind of enough to recommend all the must go to places and must do things. Very highly recommended!

What a wonderful experience! - We planned the cooking course as present to our 13y-old daughter for her birthday. In total, we are 2 adults and 3 children. The cooking class was an outstanding experience. It started with shopping at a local market. Back at Chaimae's home, we met her family and had tea and pastries first. Then the "work" started for the preparation of a chicken tajine and a vegetarian tajine, plus salads. We had a lot of fun and plenty of time to talk to Chaimae and learn more about life in Morocco. And of course the food was the best we got on our whole trip. Chaimae is a wonderful host, very sympathetic and open minded. We say thank you so much, and wish Chaimae only the best for the future.

All senses delighted culinary experience - I had already experienced Chaimae's delicious food at her super cute boutique hotel in Fez, she had delighted us with local delicacies and hearty dishes when we arrived in a late flight, very hungry. We were so satisfied after that meal, slept like babies knowing our first taste of Fez was already a surprising highlight. When I found out Chaimae also give a cooking course, I had to try it. This was for sure one of the best cooking classes I've ever had, between my travels and cooking classes in Sri Lanka, Thailand and Brazil... From sourcing yummy moroccan ingredients to local cooking techniques. The food was so delicious, the harmony of smells so succulent and the ambience she created was truly magical. Thank you Chaimae, I cannot wait to come try your food again and learn more from you.
