The best cooking workshop from the beat person! - I had the most wonderful time with Chaimea! She was incredibly open and welcoming. I was invited into her home, where I had the pleasure of meeting her family. We shared stories about our shared passion for food, and she taught me how to make a delicious beef tagine with prunes, along with two traditional Moroccan salads. After the cooking workshop she also showed me a local spice shop which was very nice☺️ Beforehand, we had already been in touch, and she was so helpful in supporting me with my solo travels in Fes. She even recommended a friend of hers for a day tour it turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you so much, Chaimea ❤️

Must try cooking experience - We took a class with Bliss Munatas at a home in Fes. We asked specifically to make a bread and a pastry. She was very hands on and very instructive. Both dishes came out great and were very tasty. She was very accommodating in getting us to class and arranging a time that worked for us. She even called us a taxi after and recommended several local restaurants. We tried one and it was the best meal we’ve had in country. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience with local people - Our cooking class with Chaimae was one of the highlights of our stay in Fes. We chose to make Chicken Tajine and Pastilla, inspired by dishes we saw on her Instagram. Since the class takes place in her home, she provides an approximate address ahead of time and sends detailed meeting instructions the day before. Her neighborhood isn't a tourist area, which we absolutely loved. We were greeted by local children in French, and a nearby bakery even offered us some pastries. After meeting Chaimae, we stopped at an olive shop and a butcher to pick up fresh ingredients. She then welcomed us into her family home, where we cooked together. Chaimae explained all the spices and ingredients in detail, and we had such a great time chatting with her about Moroccan culture—festivals, traditional cooking tools, and more. She even sent her brother to help us buy a beautiful Tajine pot so we could recreate the recipes at home! After preparing lunch, her aunt and sister joined us, and we all enjoyed the meal together. They even taught us a few basic Arabic phrases, making the experience even more memorable. Chaimae’s family was incredibly warm and welcoming, and we felt lucky to get a glimpse into their daily life. After the class, we returned to the Medina with Chaimae and visited a local spice shop. The herbalist there was very knowledgeable and incredibly entertaining—we spent nearly an hour learning how herbs and oils are harvested. While we usually buy high-quality spices at home, the quality here was exceptional. We recommend not booking anything immediately after the cooking class so you can fully enjoy the extended spice tour. Chaimae is a wonderful young woman—friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely caring throughout the experience. We highly recommend her cooking class!

I will never change this place - We had the pleasure of bringing our clients to a cooking class with Chaimea in Fes, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Chaimea welcomed us with warmth and authenticity. The class was not only fun and interactive, but also a deep dive into the rich culinary traditions of Morocco. Our clients were thrilled to learn, cook, and most importantly, taste the delicious dishes they helped prepare. It was a day full of laughter, learning, and incredible flavors. Thank you, Chaimea, for creating such a special memory for our clients — we will definitely be back "yayamoroccantous" Omar

Don’t miss this if you are a foodie! - My traveling buddy and I had the most amazing experience yesterday! We took a cooking class with Chef Chaimae who walked us through several Moroccan dishes sharing her special recipes and techniques, and in particular, the relationship of the food and the culture. This was followed by a beautiful meal of our creations in traditional Morrocan style. The experience was filled with lots of information and laughter. I highly recommend it.

Cooking Class with Chaimaa - Our day with Chaimaa learning how to cook tagine, Moroccan salads, and msemen was a day to remember and for sure to remember when home and cooking Moroccan food ❤️. The best kind of treasure to go home with. Chaimaa and her sous chef sister were a delight to learn from and hangout with for the afternoon. We not only learned about what was on the learning menu, but also about how to preserve lemons and make yeast for the msemen. We also had a conversation about the traditions of eating in a Moroccan home as we enjoyed eating our food. Such a wonderful afternoon and the pastries for dessert were perfection.

An unforgettable experience - An unforgettable experience! The Moroccan cooking class was truly authentic—not only did we cook delicious dishes together, but at the end of the day a table full of other traditional delicacies awaited us, prepared with care and generosity. A real journey into the flavors of Morocco! The class is private, which makes everything even more special and relaxed. Simri is super welcoming, it makes you feel at home from the first moment. You can see that he puts his heart into what he does, and the passion for cooking is felt in every dish. Highly recommended for those looking for a genuine, warm and above all... delicious experience!

Best experience in Fez - I would like share with you what we considered our biggest highlight of this Morocco adventure for past week Cooking class in Fez, please if you’re planning your trip around Morocco and happen to stop by in Fes don’t miss out on this experience Chaimae is one genuine, amazing, kick-ass woman who let us spend a day with her and her family, treated us like friends and showed us Fes as locals do. What she does she does with genuine passion and love. Even after teaching us how to make delicious local dishes(which were exceptional) she deciced to hang out with us, show us where she shops for spices, took us for tea and helped us navigate the city. It’s very rare to meet such a unique and heartwarming person with such a passion for everything she does so make sure you don’t give this experience a miss when you passing by Fes 1000/1000

Family recipes taught by an excellent teacher - Chaimea is an excellent teacher and great company! She tailored the class to my favourite bread and pastry dishes, and we enjoyed eating them together in her family home. She makes complex baking seem simple and patiently explains along the way. Unlike other cooking lessons which are more 'watch and learn', Chaimea will have you join her and prepare with your own hands. I can't recommend her enough.

Tasty cooking lesson in Fes - A very relaxed day learning to cook my chosen dish Kofta Tagine plus two salads. Any questions were answered and the ingredients/process were well explained. Then came the eating, which was great. I was surprised how tasty it was, with how simple the dishes were with the help.
