Ferrara for me has no more secrets! - For the first time I used this audio guide and I was totally satisfied. It's a simple description of the city, it doesn't have great pretensions, but when you arrive in an unknown location having an overview and understanding how to move and what to visit in more depth is fundamental for me. I appreciated the fact that I could manage the route independently and also the fact that some of my questions were answered quickly on whatsapp (thanks Matteo). I also took advantage of the advice on where to eat. And finally the price of all this is really affordable.

Comfortable and very complete tour - We loved the tour, essential content and just not to be tired. Especially that you can do it at your own pace and, if you've missed any explanation, listen to it again as often as you need. It won't be the first I've done. Thank you so much!!!

At first, a bit of difficulty, then solved, and then great.o - Great experience because you can decide when, how and what to see... without then being overwhelmed by too much information that you then do not remember...

Online guided city tour Ferrara - A bit difficult to find the beginning. Once on the road, it is a beautiful experience in this worth seeing city.

About the same as having a guidebook audio did not work very well. It was very low volume and didn't really communicate much of - There were some glitches with the app and quite frankly it didn't give you any more information than you would have gotten from a guidebook. The insights and recommendations on locally based food were excellent

Bland voice (AI?) reading an article - boring - I was very disappointed with this 'audio guide'. It's just an AI voice (or a very bad actor) reading the article. The pronunciations were weird (Trieste was Try Este and il Listone was Il List One) and there was no sense of immediacy. A good audio guide (and I've done plenty) should feel like the guide is there with you, not just reading something from a book. It's basic psychology. Using phrases like: "can you see that column?" or "look over at that wall. That's where..." The article was fine to read, but an article is NOT an audio guide. If this had been good, I would have bought every one for every city I'm visiting. But for what this offered, I'd rather buy the local guide book in the tourist information centre and read it myself. Missed opportunity.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO, - When I arrived at train station, there was absolutely no information, It was a week day and so no hop on or hop off buses either. I was totally on my own for the day and very few people spoke English. I walked to where it was most obvious, and after I did my own exploration, I was told there was a travel information center in the Castle. There I got maps and brochures. Disappointed, maybe I’ll try a weekend trip.
