Big Talbot Island State Park - During this tour, we ride down 7 mile’s of Amelia Islands designated bike path, over the George Crady Bridge, and into Big Talbot Island where we do a little trail riding down to the beach for a ride along the sand, if tide levels permit. The power of the bike makes the our trek through the sand easy-breezy. This tour provides a taste of Amelia Islands’ natural beauty and wildlife as we bike through moss-laden live oaks, along natural waterways, and on coastal paths. On the way back, riders have the option to stop at the Shops of Amelia Island for some refreshments prior to returning to the Pedego Store.

All you require for an exhilarating experience on a Pedego Electric Bike at Amelia Island is a pair of wheels and a zeal for exploration. Begin this tailor-made, autonomous tour at Pedego Amelia and navigate through seven miles of pure nature to Big Talbot Island State Park. The path is teeming with breathtaking landscapes, and you may spot some native fauna during your ride. A sophisticated helmet is supplied with the self-conducted tour. This helmet enables you to communicate with your group and can be connected to your phone’s music if you wish. Since you won’t be part of a tour group, this trip can be personalized, with additional stops suggested at the bike shop. The route is SIMPLE to trace, and detailed directions will be explained at Pedego Amelia.

Only do it if you want to have fun! - This was SO much fun!! 5 of us and we all had a lot of fun. The weather was beautiful and the trail as well. Bikes are easy to use.

Great Electric Bike Venue - Pedego bikes are the best! and this place has them all. We have two bikes from Pedego Amelia Island and love them. Service is great. They also have Electric bike trips around the island and The Talbot State Parks.

A Great Day - Loved our day. Staff was great and set us up with the best bikes. Quick “how to” was helpful and the route is beautiful. Really enjoyed biking to boneyard beach. Thought it would be too hot but the speed of the bike created a gentle breeze and we were quite comfortable. Will do again

So much fun! - Such a great way to explore the island! Amy was wonderful and was obviously very passionate about sharing this fun experience. It was so nice to participate in this all day activity without tiring out. We got to see so much!

Wonderful People and the Bikes were so much fun! - My 13 year old and I thoroughly enjoyed this self guided tour through Amelia Island. The woman at the bike shop was so incredibly helpful and accommodating. I have already recommended this tour to so many people. I am looking forward to going again with the rest of our family.

I highly recommend - Jerry was super helpful his bikes were in excellent condition and he even had maps and cold water bottle ready for our adventure. It was so great we went back the next day! I highly recommend!
