Get your guide Istanbul: avoid - I am really disappointed with “get you guide Istanbul tourist pass”. You will end up wasting your money. They advertise about access to multiple sites, but when you will pay, their smart app will just display with very limited options.. others will be displayed as full or not available. Amongst the available options, you won’t be able to utilize most of them as their available time slots will be either overlapping or too close to each other…So eventually you will end up visiting only 2 places in a day and will waste your valuable money. Secondly, the guides hired by them won’t accompany you inside places (like Dolmabahçe palace) stating that guides are not allowed inside, but once you will enter you will find other private guides accompanying and explaining their tourist groups. Thirdly their customer service is pathetic. We had a bad experience at the very beginning as the concerned guide was not present at the mentioned venue outside topkapi palace.. so eventually we realized that the only people left at that site were those who took this tourist pass. Customer care service were not replying to messages or calls. After long wait the concerned guide came and was indifferent. So I would advise to search for other options or get tickets yourself to enjoy Istanbul.
