• Blue Mosque - Commonly referred to as the Blue Mosque, its official name is Sultan Ahmet Mosque. It stands as one of Istanbul’s most iconic landmarks.
• Hippodrome - Located in front of the Blue Mosque, this square was once the most renowned stadium of ancient Byzantium, accommodating 100,000 spectators and showcasing artifacts from across the empire.
• Serpent Column - The Serpent Column was brought to Constantinople by Emperor Constantine in the 4th century. Originally part of a victory monument dedicated to Apollo, it commemorates the Greek triumph over the Persians at the Battle of Plataea (479 BC).
• Obelisk of Theodosius - Situated in Sultanahmet Square, the Obelisk of Theodosius was initially erected in Egypt by Pharaoh Thutmose III (15th century BCE). Emperor Theodosius I transported it to Constantinople in the 4th century, placing it on a marble pedestal adorned with intricate carvings. It remains one of the world’s best-preserved ancient obelisks.
• Hagia Sophia Mosque - Originally constructed as a Christian cathedral nearly 1,500 years ago, Hagia Sophia has transitioned into a mosque, a museum, and back to a mosque. As it is partially open to tourists, please inform the operator if you wish to explore its interior.
• Kapali Carsi - Known as the oldest and largest covered market globally, it attracts an average of 700,000 visitors daily. Here, the blend of modern and traditional, east and west, is beautifully evident. Ample time and numerous shopping tips will be provided. Feel free to seek advice if needed.

• Kadikoy Carsisi - Following the Spice Market visit, guests will be taken by ferry to Kadikoy Fish Market, where locals enjoy traditional restaurants and cafes. Experience the city like a local. After the Kadikoy experience, the operator will ferry guests back, allowing them to enjoy the Bosphorus breeze.
• Misir Carsisi (Spice Market) - Established in 1664, the Spice Bazaar is one of Istanbul’s most vibrant markets, offering a vast array of spices, Turkish delights, caviar, dried nuts, and more.

The tour will conclude here, or guests can be escorted back to their hotel if preferred.
