Meet your food expert guide in the morning in Istanbul’s Old City, and be sure to come hungry :). You will have a day of feasting ahead of you.
Explore world famous Spice Market and enjoy a traditional Turkish breakfast. Afterwards, we will cross the gorgeous Bosphorus to the trendy neighborhood of Kadikoy. Here we will sip some delicious Turkish coffee, visit multiple restaurants and discover Istanbul’s must try dishes which are loved by locals.
This intimate and small-group tour is capped at just eight participants.
You will tour Istanbul’s European & Asian sides (ferry tickets will be included).

A fun tour for foodies and culture seekers - One of the best walking/eating tours I’ve ever taken. Ozgur was extremely well informed about Turkish food and took us to many places we would not have discovered on our own. The food was great!! The ferry ride was great!! The shopping at the Spice Bazaar was great!

A day well spent! - This guided tour not only has a well planned menu of classic Turkish cuisine items at a variety of eateries, but gives a quick oversight of the Istanbul layout. Included is a visit to both European and Asian sides (by Ferry) a stop at the Spice(Egyptian) market and a perhaps a quick trip on the tram. Our guide explained preparation,ingrediants and cultural role all of our tastes. A word of caution, skip any breakfast plans as you will need room for all the great tastes. We did not have any desire for dinner after our tour. Our guide Oscur was exeptional..we would recommend asking for him if possible.

Excelent Experience - I have has the opportunity to do a lot of food tours around the world and I think this is one of the most exciting and fascinating by far. Our tour guide Ozgur made this tour to be a inigualable experience with his enthusiasm and excellent mood. Friendly with all around and his explanation about everything, made us feels inside the real Istambul culture and taste.

The best tour ever! - It was no doubt my best experience abroad! I only had one day free and I love trying local food. It was the best choice, I tried everything you can imagine, eating like a local! Never ate so much in one day! My guide Ozgur was simply amazing, very knowledgeable, not just about the food, but about the history, as he was telling me on our way! I couldn’t recommend enough!

Foodie Istanbul - Yasin made our day truly special. He showed us some amazing gems from right under our nose and across Istanbul. My only wish would have been to do the tour for 2 more days because the city is so big and there are so many opportunities to explore.

More than just good food - We spent a wonderful day with our guide, UFuk, who took us to many parts of the city and introduced us to local foods and provided lots of information. An added bonus was a visit to the beautiful Rustem Pasha Mosque. The tour was a great way to get to know the city.

Fabulous food tour - Ozzy is an outstanding guide, which knows a lot about Turkish food and Istanbul generally. The tire felt like an extended, organised conversation rather than your usual guided tour.
You will definitely see, eat and learn things that you haven’t before. The baklava and the soup were my favourites, but there are plenty of other delicious things you will get to eat! Highly recommended.

Ozgur The Great - AMAZING..is the only word I have. I didn't eat again till lunch the next day I was so full. Ozgur is a diamond in the rough..I was not having the best time in Turkey till I came across him and he turned the rest of my trip into the best birthday ever. He rocks and the food was beyond delicious. Even the things I didn't like gave me a appreciation for the culture which I love.
