Magical balloon ride! - Our travel agent Huseyin Tas from Old City Travel in Istanbul put an itinerary together for us that included the magical experience of a beautiful balloon ride! We were picked up from our hotel at 4:50 am and had the experience of a lifetime with another 80 balloons in the air! The landscape is stunning and sculptural. Don’t miss it while in Turkey!

Cappadocia Holiday 2023 - Cappadocia is indeed a fantastic destination with its unique landscapes, cave hotels, and cultural attractions. From exploring the fairy chimneys to taking ATV rides, there are plenty of exciting things to do and see ,It was have quite an experience exploring the Love Valley, pigeon houses, and the underground city the ATV ride added an extra touch of adventure and Cold weather in December 2023 made the trip even more magical.
The weather was windy so we couldn't fly in the hot hair balloon ride but the same was arranged by our tour in Pammukale.
The tour guide always on time to pick us up from hotel and also very cheerful and welcoming. We had opportunity to participate in Fashion show at leather shop was fun and also we have visited many Turkish delight shops for free testing of sweets , coffee and various nuts.
The overall experience was great and thanks to our tour coordinator Huseyin Tas +90 551 394 47 46 very friendly , helpful and professional tour coordinator

Huseyin made this experience even better by answering all my questions and getting everything sorted out in terms of the flight, hotel and tours. He made this experience very easy and I would definitely recommend him to deal with. I will be telling my friends to come see him and will book again only with him on my next visit.

Great experience, highly recommended - I wanted to go to Turkey to get a hair transplant and come back the next day. However, I had always in the back of my head the words "Cappadocia" and "balloon flights" from past conversations with family and friends, so I decided to extend my stay and try to look for a two-days max.-balloon flight-included tour. I'm glad I found THIS tour, which resulted in the exact thing I was looking for. All included, no hassles, transportation from the hotel in Istanbul (VERY important, since I noted that English is not widely spoken in TR), as well as transportation from the Kayseri airport to Goreme, and all the way back to the hotel in Istanbul on the return. Kind tour guides, high-quality service from the travel agency, available almost all the time and willing to answer any question. The balloon flight is an amazing experience, very safe, and also managed by very responsible staff.

Nice tour, but could have been better.. - The tour operator was proactive in providing information on the tour. Airport transfers from hotel to airport and vice versa is excellent, punctual, with enough time to check-in for the flight. The tour operator booked us at a cave hotel, with nice view and near the city center. Red tour was well organized and respected the timings. Buffet lunch was nice and plenty. The hot balloon ride in the morning was great, and is a different great experience by itself, site flew more balloons compared to our balloon ride in Orlando, USA.
The green tour is not as remarkable as the red tour, and did not respect the timing, as the tour guide took his time. At 5:30pm, there is still one last station to visit, although schedule for pick-up for return to airport was 6pm.. We had to get and pay by our own a high fare for a private taxi to go back to out hotel, to catch the airport transfer for return flight to Istanbul. Also, green tour lunch is so-so, even desert was just a few slices of oranges shared by the group.
Given the price, I would expect better. The tour manager, Hussein, was however very helpful in WhatsApp.

Mixed Emotions - We left this tour with mixed feelings. The good - fairly organized and we didn't have to hassle with things to work out the logistics. This to be honest is really why we booked this trip and in this sense they delivered 100. Also, we were not able to go on the balloon ride due to weather and the company did give us a refund for this portion of the tour, though it was not much money back really, but they were prompt about it. They did keep in touch with me on WhatsApp and communicated well. The bad - one of the days of the tour is really just a big waste of time and a collection of tourist traps. They take you to all these "workshops" .... the pottery one is fine and interesting, and the people in this place did not follow us around and try to get us to buy things. However, they take you to this leather place where they do a fashion for you and then you are made to go to this store with the most insane prices on the earth. My husband and I felt frustrated and we went and sat in the mini van. Next they took us to an overpriced jewelry store. We did not sign up for this tour to go shopping - we live in Dubai, so shopping is not an experience we seek out when we travel. So again we were put off by this. I walked out of the store when I looked at the price of a turquoise bracelet they were selling. Small little bits of turquoise and it was like 2,500 USD. I am originally from the Southwest of the states - I know the price of turquoise. Half my jewelry is Zuni - do not play me for a fool when it comes to turquoise. I was so abhorred that again we went and sat in the car. Then some of the people on the tour asked if the van could swing us by a grocery store to get chips and snacks..... guess where they took us? A tourist store that was selling Turkish delights etc. My husband and I at this point asked to be taken home early, which they did while the other people shopped. I appreciate that Turkish delight and dried fruits are a specialty in Turkey, but most people will do this in Istanbul already, which is what we had done. I also want to add that one of our tour guides for the days was very good, and the other one was a bit ambivalent. Anyway it was a bit of a let down to have spent half the day at shops that we didn't really need or want to go to. We would have been happier if we had been given an option about that, or if we could have seen more nature. We travel a lot, maybe 5 times a year, and I would say this was one of the more touristy trappy things we have ever done. I did appreciate the convenience of it for sure, but I would have definitely preferred to have been given an option about what to do with an entire half of a day because shopping for the most over-priced turquoise jewelry and leather goods on the planet was not it.
