Besiktas - Our experience starts with a traditional Turkish breakfast! For us breakfast is more than eating! Its a ritual! We feast on a variety of cheeses and other small dishes (meze). Some of the cheeses included are Turkiyes version of feta cheese (beyaz peynir) and Kasseri, a hard cheese made from unpasteurized sheep milk. As well as the NAME, a goats cheese similar to cottage cheese, but with a superior taste. A true must taste for any cheese lover. All and more served during the breakfast. An empty stomach is a must as we will be eating a breakfast fit for a Sultant and tantalising the taste buds. You will be sampling many different flavours. Accompanying the cheese will be Simit. A doughy, sesame-seed-coated rings! The ideal canvas for your cheeses and jams! We will also try some Turkish beef salami called sucjuk, cucumber, olives and much more…\n\nDuring our breakfast session, we will talk about how life is in \
stanbul from local politics, school system and much more..
