Highlights
- I Love Faro Sign - This will be the start and meeting point of our tour. We´ll have an introduction and explain what we will be covering in the tour.
- Tv. dos Arcos 8 - On our next stop we´ll be heading over to a very cool bar located in the center of Faro. There we will have the option of choosing from several different types of beer.
- Largo da Mota - On the next stop we’ll be heading over to a hidden gem in Faro. There we will be savoring some delicious Brazilian appetizers.
- R. de Portugal 21 no 19 - On our 4th stop we´ll be having some delicious tapas in a Portuguese fusion restaurant.
- Rua Brites de Almeida - Continuing our tour we´ll head over to our 5th stop. Here we´ll be tasting some delicious fish tapas including a surprise traditional signature dish.
- Praça Alexandre Herculano - For our next stop we will be tasting one of most favorite´s sweets! We´ll be savoring some delicious ice cream.
- Rua José Maria Brandeiro - Heading over to our final venue we´ll be experiencing some amazing wine tasting from a local.

Embark on an exciting Walking Food & Drink Tour to explore unique tastes of Faro. Relish local delicacies, wines, and beers at hidden places known only to natives. This delightful private guided tour offers you a genuine taste of Faro life, complete with locally made wines and beers.
We organise the guided tours every Saturday in Faro, extending to additional days during the summer, allowing you the opportunity to relish life in Algarve’s capital. Your local guide will take you to spots you might find challenging to uncover on your own, to enjoy some of the city’s outstanding food and atmosphere.
Please keep in mind this tour does not cater to specific dietary needs. It is also not designed for the enjoyment of children. A minimum of 4 participants is required for the tour.
The commencement time of the tour may vary. This is because some establishments modify their operational hours during summer. We’ll notify you a few days ahead to confirm the start time.

Delicious food in a lovely city with an amazing guide! - Our guide, Alessandra, was wonderful. She was so friendly and gave us a great sampling of the local food! We had such a fun evening with her and would highly recommend this tour!

Don’t miss this experience! - This tour is a fabulous way to see places in Faro you would likely not visit otherwise. Diego is friendly and informative and the stops are local places with amazing food and drink. All the staff were gracious and excited for us to try their food. Our group made a lot of ummm, yummy, OMG sounds. No one could decide on any one item that was their favorite as all were so different but so delicious!!! We will be trying all the spots on our own! This food tour is a must for anyone visiting Faro!!

5 star tour in Faro - It was one of the best tours I've ever done. The guide explained everything in a simple way and took us to typical Portuguese and even Brazilian food restaurants. Beer and wine tastings are part of the tour, everything really was fantastic. I highly recommend

Great experience and iI 100% recommend! - It was a great experience! Diego is a really lovely guy and a great guide who knows his stuff and manages to entertain without missing out on details. It's always difficult to find good local cuisine without risking to fall into tourist traps so having a local resident showing you some gems is definitely a great help! A nice addition to that is that you get to meet likeminded people and enjoy a pleasantful evening in good company with great food. Thanks for everything and I will definintely reccomend it!

An amazing food tour that really takes you to places you didn't know! - At the beginning I was not sure if we are going to discover some 'hidden gems' of Faro's cuisine. But we really did go to amazing places, with passionate owners and chefs, tasting great wine. Don't want to tell you to much not to spoil the fun, but it's totally worth it!
