Impressive service - Very professional, highly reliable and friendly drivers. Upon our arrival, our driver helped us to contact our agent at Sun and Bed office, who coordinated our living situation. I was very impressed with the service they provided and I strongly recommend them for anyone who is traveling to Faro.

Worked perfectly! - Excellent service. Our driver at pickup from Faro Airport called me after we had landed to explain he had a bad leg, but told us where to find him. We had a 12 seater minibus all to ourselves and he dropped us 20 yards from the hotel (as near as you can do a drop off. Thank you Francisco! Return journey equally as smooth - our driver (didn't catch his name but he was a South African born Portugese guy) arrived exactly at the arranged pickup time, and was very friendly and chatty on the journey - again a minibus to ourselves. Thank you Sir! Would deffo use them again - booked as an add-on to Ryanair flights - very reasonable cost!

Brilliant service. Friendly drivers - Only company I would use. Been a customer a number of times, never had a problem, flight was late this year by an hour, plus someone took our case at faro. Waited another 30 mins and dealt with all our stress on transfer over, plus next day they picked up our case and delivered to us. Fantastic service.

Transfer good but inadequate child seat - The transfer was good, they were understanding of the queues at Faro airport. However, we asked for a car seat for our 2yr old and were given a booster only appropriate for a much larger child. This is not satisfactory, given the seatbelt could have caused strangulation in an accident.

Mixed feelings - Our transfer from Faro airport to villa in Gale was excellent, polite driver was waiting for us and safely took us to our destination in a very comfortable and clean car. Return from the villa to airport was something else. Driver turned up in an old van, couldn't open the boot so we had to take all our luggage inside the car with us. Worst of all as we had our 5 year son with us, I had ordered a booster seat but he did not bring one. So my grandson had to sit with a seat belt nearly strangling him and I was left very nervous about a whole thing. We really didn't have much choice than go with him to catch our flight home. I can't recommend this this company to travellers with children.
