Praia da Coelha - After getting totally equiped (with board, lifejacket and paddle), there’s a brief lesson for everyone so that everybody is able to paddle properly. Once the lesson is over, everybody gets in the water with the instructors and the tour starts immediately.
The first moments in the water are dedicated to getting used to standing up on the board while paddling and once everybody’s comfortable, the attention can be focused on the amazing landscapes around the cliffs.
During the tour we can have a closer look at the cliffs by paddling close to them and also by passing through a few caves. There are also some hidden beaches around this area and even a secret hidden beach where we are able to make a stop to get some rest.
After exploring all the area we get back to the starting point at the beach.

The meeting point is right at Coelha Beach, we'll have our boards placed on the sand. To get to the beach you'll find a sign by the main road indicating "Coelha", you follow that road until you get to a parking lot and from there you walk 2 minutes through a trail that leads you into the beach.

You have to do this - Highlight of my trip to the Algarve. Was lucky enough to be the only one that booked that day, so many thanks to Antonio and Albufeira SUP Tours for not canceling.
Have had a SUP for years but this by far beats anything I have ever done on a SUP. Breathtaking scenery, amazing stories, and overall just one of those once in a lifetime experiences that you look back on later and say - I am so glad I did that.

Must do when in Portugal - Great way to visit the beaches and caves. Lovely and helpful staff who also take photos for you. Trip defiantly worth doing!

Fantastic trip and a great instructor - My friend and I had such a lovely time on this trip. We went out as a small group of me, my friend and two others. The instructor was super friendly and charismatic from the start, explaining what we would do on the trip, the basics of paddleboarding, and had us all feeling comfortable to go at our own level, we could kneel, stand, or a mixture of both.
We were given information about the beaches and surrounding cliffs, even paddleboarding through one, and stopping on a secluded beach which looked like it could only be accessed via the water.
The trip was extremely fun, and would jump at the chance to do it again if we return to the area.

Fantastic experience - Fantastic experience!
Brilliant your, amazing scenery and Diogo was an awesome teacher and guide.
Don't get me wrong, it's tricky and with some serious waves coming in, I was more kneeling than standing.

A great day out - Cracking day out paddle boarding with these guys, me and my 10 year old girl went for a nice paddle along the gorgeous Algarve coastline, Lucy struggled a wee bit but the guys were so helpful staying back and helping us out and making sure she was ok. We left to go back to our hotel a very happy daddy and daughter combo, would highly recommend to anyone
