Great experience - We had an amazing experience with these guys. They are so friendly and fun and very experienced. Riding through the desert just as a family was something I will remember forever. Beats driving around in a large group of people. I'm off to Egypt again soon and will 100 percent be using these guys. Thankyou. 100% recommend. Great communication too.

Falcon Adventure Hurghada - Just back from 2 week stay in Hurghada. After searching for activities to do during our stay, Falcon Adventure came highly recommended and I wasn’t disappointed. As a family we choose to purchase the Wi-Fi box, tickets to see the Grand Aquarium, the dolphin show & swim with dolphins & family buggy in the desert. The trips were fantastic and so were the staff from the driver to the tour guides to the comms from Said & his team. Very pressed and wouldn’t think twice of using them again.

Wonderful hotel - The beach was wonderful and all staff are very kind specially animation team, I liked the place too.

Excellent service! - We have been using falcon now for the past 2years We travel to Hurgada maybe 3/4 times a year. We use them for all our airport transfer All our excursions we book with them along with a taxi ride to the marina should we need to. The excursions have always been brilliant and good value! They have always been very helpful especially as last may we travelled in a party of 29 people. 100% recommended would book with anyone else

Great buggy trip and WiFi - Received excellent customer service from Falcon before, during and after our Christmas trip to Hurghada. We arranged to hire wifi and collect the small device from Max, a Falcon rep, outside the hotel. Very friendly and set up the device and gave us a receipt for the deposit. Later in the week we booked the half day family buggy trip. We were picked up from outside the hotel promptly and again received excellent service. Our guide for the tour was Mando and he was really great and very friendly and helpful. Our buggy was underpowered and we stopped after less than 10 mins and a replacement buggy was provided with no problems at all. It was a great, fun experience and no pressure to buy/participate in any activities if no wanted. We had a great morning and would really recommend the buggy if you have younger kids that are not keen on the quad bikes. After the trip we were contacted to ensure we had a good day and arrange WiFi box collection and wish us a safe trip home. Would recommend and would use again next time we are in Egypt.

First class all the way - Used Said for all our trips in sharm a few years ago. Booked from uk before arrival and very helpful with my queries , still keep an eye on what they are offering for my return visit. First class service from a first class team.
