Incredible experience - We did the zip line tour on 9/9/25 and had an absolute blast. The crew made the entire experience incredible. Earl really went above and beyond to make our Jamaican experience one to remember. The rest of the crew Omar, rickard, and levaughn were great as well. Highly recommend you check them out!

Best Zip Lining Experience - This experience was amazing! I loved how friendly and knowledgeable the guides were. Levaughn, Kirk, and Omar were my tour guides and they made sure I was safe the entire time! Thank you for making sure I had a great time at Chukka!

- It was a lil disorganized at first for the smaller groups at the desk, BUT- THIS WAS WORTH EVERY BIT of the wait! Our facilitators, Junior and or Deshon (may be spelled wrong- I’m sorry) were nothing less than ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! You will be super lucky to get both at the same time!! Be prepared to TIP THEM! They deserve it!!! They were very understandable and clear when they gave safety instructions, extremely supportive (when we got a little scared), and encouraging and comical along the way to the very end!
Now on the other hand, The Rum Tasting Tour was more a presentation than a tour. It could use some revamping!
It wasn’t welcoming or initially interesting. We sat to watch a video for 10mins and we only got 1/3 a PONY SHOT for ONLY THREE (not vastly different) rums.

Zip line guides - Loved the zipline part of the tour. We had Deshawn and Kurt as our guides and they made it even more enjoyable. They made jokes, showed us some of the history along the trail, and made sure we were secure and had fun. Definitely check it out if you come to this part of Jamaica! I hope i spelled their names right lol. Food was hot and good

Zip lining - Fritz, Paul, Oshane, Kirk and Nick were outstanding! They kept the zip line group moving and made it lots of fun- especially for this mom super afraid of heights! Highly recommend this activity- but special thanks to Fritz and team!

Wonderful time, highly recommend - This experience was wonderful. Fritz, Lady Gaga, Junior, and Juniors brother were all very kind and helped us have a great time. I recommend tipping them when they go because they are awesome.

Very pushy on tips - Had a good time ziplining, the guides were great. After the zipline tour the guides were very pushy with tips and even surrounded someone in their area they couldn't leave to make them give them a tip. I would keep that in mind.
