Amazing - Our driver was Kevin. He was very nice and was able to answer any questions we had about local areas. We were able to trust him and his driving as it was a very busy day. He was patient and played great music.

Glow in the dark - The lagoon was extremely active on our night. Made us look as if we had a kindred spirit encasing our body when we moved through the water. Will remember the experience for my life time

A natural wonder! - What an incredible experience! You jump into the warm water at night, and the whole boat erupts in incredulous gasps at the sight...the luminous particles in the bay light up with motion.

Watching the water go blue is awesome. - The Luminous Lagoon was awesome. I believe that the tour guides should make themselves more known as my husband and I just followed a crowd onto a boat and hoped it was the right vote. Got off and found our bus driver to come back to the resort.

Amazing - Simply a must see experience. It will truly amaze you. This is nothing more than a night swim, so don't expect lots of excitement. But this is a wonder to experience. Definitely bring water shoes, about 4 feet deep and, although you swim, you will want to stand up and the ground is squishy muck

Beautiful experience, but take your own pictures. - This was a unique experience. Staff on boat was great. Only problem was that we were unable to get our pictures at the end. Our tour bus wanted to leave without giving us a chance to get them. It was very upsetting since we'll never have another chance to experience this again.

Interesting, but not what the picture shows ... - If you are expecting to see anything like the picture on the advertising.... that’s not what you will see . The lagoon shines when is disturbed by the boat movement, by fishes , by people’s arms when swimming, by rain drops . .. it is interesting regardless, but is not that dotted skies as the picture makes believe it is . By “ open bar “ they mean a plastic cup of real bad abs sweet run punch , so don’t expect much . The crew is nice , skies were beautiful, but is not what I expected .

Book Riu Instead - Disappointed! We arrived 10 mins late for pickup for our excursion but there was no courtesy call to the room or anything from front desk. Very disappointed considering Coming2 is affiliated with the resort. We spoke to the manager and sales rep, Sashay and Alissa Brown, respectively, as well as the front desk supervisor for Bahia, Diamond, and no one could assist us. Their solution was to pay for a cab to take us there, which was the same price as the excursion itself. Very dissatisfied with the experience and the lack of assistance we received from the hotel. I understand we were 10 mins late, but a courtesy call would've been appreciated. Book the Riu instead. It's worth the price difference and you will not be disappointed.

Extremely Disappointed - I went into this excursion with realistic expectations but hoped for a fun unique experience. Instead I was extremely disappointed. I do not know if it was the time of year but the water did not glow or even mildly illuminate. I thought perhaps it would show up more in the photos but no. It just looked like we had gone for a night time swim. I did not purchase the pictures. We did not receive “open bar” but rather a very small Dixie cup of rum punch, everything else was a charge. Will be trying to get my money back.
