Highly recommend! - So much fun! Mona was our guide on the river, she was so energetic and had some great jokes and just made the river fun! Daniel was our guide on the Blue Hole and was super nice with helping us through each jump. We would totally do this again!

Beautiful Setting poor organization - Arrived by cruise ship and told where to meet the driver. He was prompt and the car was safe and clean. There was no organization though. He was simply a driver. He did not tell us how long the trip would take and had no plans for the amount of time we should spent at each site. The trip took about an hour an a half from the cruise port. We were then let into the falls and a guide met us. Hew was a guide that works at the falls but there was really no connection with our booked tour. This was not made clear as he expected a tip for his portion. He was really like a waiter showing us up to the falls then getting food or beer we did not have to pay for anything until we left. The second part of the trip was to the tube rafting which was great. Again, we were let in but the guide was not compensated so we have to give him a tip. The scariest thing was I was making the decision on time spent at each area. Luckily I figured this out early as we got back to the cruise terminal 5 min before the schedule departure time!!
