Super fun! - We had so much fun on our excursion!!! It was a blast we really liked Catherine as our tour guide! She was great and kept up pretty well with my group that like to drink a lot😂 we also had so much fun with Garth as our tube tour guide!!! He was so much fun and allowed us to jump off a platform! He also helped our friend when she flipped out of the tube, overall a fun experience! Highly recommend!

River and Ocean blast. - Even though it was rainning, we still had lots of fun in the rapids on the tubes and then from the ocean waves pounding into the raft. You will get wet, so be prepared.

The Highlight of our Jamaica Visit - Romeo is Great - Romeo was our guide on this excursion, and he was wonderful. He spoke English very well, had a great sense of humor, and clearly had much experience in guiding many bobbing tubes safely down the river and through the rapids. He was very considerate of our more advanced ages and always ready with a guiding hand and encouraging word. Romeo rode on his tube, belly down and backwards much of the time and guided us safely past any obstacles. He assured us we'd leave with no "Jamaican Tattoos", aka bruises, and he lived up to that promise. It was all great fun. We are in our 70's; it's not just for the kids. We would do this excursion again and would request Romeo. One suggestion: Could the tubes be strapped together instead of having guests hold onto each others' tubes. I ask that only because we're photo lovers. We had our phones in waterproof pouches, and I was the end person. So I did have one hand free to take photos, but it was difficult to do so. Just a thought.

A great time for everyone! - The guide, Quewayne, was wonderful! He shared lots of information about the local flora and fauna, and made us feel very taken care of. The river is fairly tame, so great for folks of all ages. We wished there was time for us to hang out at the beach at the end of the tour, but overall this was a great way to spend some time in Falmouth!

Must do excursion if in Jamaica! - The entire trip was awesome, out tour guide wish I could remember his name was exceptional! Beautiful scenery and just a fun experience overall.

Fun variety for a family adventure - So much fun for our family group of 10. A great combination of light hiking along the river, a waterfall immersion, tubing in light rapids, a platform jump, and basic rafting. Our guides Elvis and Xavier were terrific.

11 people group experience - So much fun!! You get a little hike in, tube and then you take a raft down to the beach! Such a fun adventure. Roy and Sean were AMAZING!

Just do it! - Great guide, Andre made it so fun and safe! climbed up waterfalls, tubed down the river and then switched to a raft (once there were no rapids) and paddled to where the river meets the ocean. The plan was to hang on the beach for a bit after but the weather wasn't conducive. Highly recommend!

Good tour for planning on their part. - We had a combo of the river tubing and beach break at bamboo Beach. Both were very good The reason I read this less than five stars is that our operator decided to cut our tour shirt at the beach without telling us told us we were leaving and then said she was annoyed after after I talked to the manager. The TV was really fun in our driver was great it is not real rough and they send a guy along with you. Bamboo Beach was also decent The drinks were okay The food was okay the beach was very nice. My only complaint was that they gave us 90 minutes total at the beach it didn't tell us that until 45 minutes in and which point they said we were leaving in 15 minutes. The beach is good there is not really any snorkeling or anything to see but there's decent water and nice places to sit lounge etc. It would have been nice to have a little more entertainment but and as I said she's overall a decent trip minus the hiccups. We booked this through cheap cruises who have excellent service however the operator had told us to meet them at 7:30 a.m. no one was there no one answered the phone until just before 10:00. Event rescheduled our tour until noon and then change their mind and pick this up at 10:00 so there was way too much confusion. Cheap cruises was wonderful they followed up made things happen. I do not know what we would have done without them probably not have gone on the tour at all.

Fun tubing, the rest sucks - We booked this excursion through Royal Caribbean. We all got onto a decent air conditioned van for a 45 minute drive to the river. Make sure you bring water shoes as they don't allow flip flops and the entry and exit is rough on the feet. The actual tubing part was great but was done in about 30 minutes. Ben was our river guide and did an excellent job. So 5 stars to Ben and the quick trip down the river. The rest of the trip is where things go south. When you exit the river, its back on the bus for a 10 minute ride to the beach. We got off the bus and was then scloded that we were supposed to stay on, however, there was no instruction on what to do. For the next 30 minutes you wait in line to get a mandatory photo that we didnt want. After photo time our group was escorted to a section of seats in the back. It felt like we were taking a seat in school. Sijera, the guide brought us some rum drinks that was pretty much watered down juice. They were so aweful we opted to buy drinks at the bar and pass on the included beverages. The signs at the bar showed cold beer, wine and cocktails. They had three bottles of warm beer and no wine. Then the food came. The first serving was not edible. The second and third was ok. 90 minutes at this beach party was 90 minutes too long. Sijera, the guide was very kind and did her best in doing her job. Unfortunately the company's product focuses on providing a low cost, low quality product.
