Great experience - Everyone in our group loved this experience. We ate at the restaurant before going out on the water. Food was enjoyed by all. It was a bit chaotic when they were ready to board the boats but it worked out in the end.

Falmouth Mystic Lagoon Tours are nothing short of extraordinary - Words cannot adequately describe the enchanting experience we had at Falmouth mystic Lagoon Tours! This magical excursion was truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure that left us in awe of the natural wonders this world has to offer. Rashidi, our incredible organiser, played a pivotal role in making this night truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Rashidi greeted us with a warm smile and an infectious enthusiasm for what was to come. His professionalism and passion for his job were evident, and he went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of our evening was taken care of. As we embarked on the boat tour into the lagoon, the anticipation grew. The boat glided smoothly over the water, and boat captain provided us with fascinating insights about the lagoon's history, the science behind its luminous glow, and the importance of preserving this extraordinary ecosystem. And then it happened! The water around us began to emit an otherworldly glow as we dipped our hands into the luminous lagoon. It was as if we were surrounded by a sea of stars, and the sight was breathtaking! The boat was skillfully navigated to the best spots, ensuring that each member of the group had a chance to fully experience the awe-inspiring phenomenon. The lagoon came alive with bioluminescence, and we were mesmerized by the glittering trails created by our movements in the water. We left Falmouth Mystic Lagoon with hearts full of gratitude and memories that will be cherished forever. If you're looking for a magical experience that connects you with the marvels of nature, Falmouth mystic Lagoon tours is an absolute must! Thank you, Rashidi, and the entire team at Falmouth mystic Lagoon tour, for giving us a night we will always treasure. We can't wait to return and relive the magic again!

Went for the blue water but returned for the FOOD and VIBES! - My family (ages 3 to 45) and I visited Falmouth Mystic Lagoon for the first time in December 2022. While the tour was not much different than what we've experienced at other nearby venues offering tours that show-off the dinoflagellates that give the water its mysterious blue glow, we loved the food, atmosphere and entertainment (DJ and fire show) so much that we went twice during our short stay in Falmouth! As a group of foodies who know good music and Jamaican cuisine well--we were thoroughly pleased. We will be back for sure!

Amazing experience. Aqua glow water-get the 1st boat, get a life vest, lie back and star gaze. Take money for photos. - This is an amazing experience - just needs a few tweaks to be truly perfect. Would I recommend this trip? - definitely, even if you do just 1 thing in jamaica make it this. The good : * watching the sunset over the lagoon from the dock whilst waiting for night to fall - stunning. *the dark sky and star gazing- I'd suggest even if you're a strong swimmer go for a life vest - you can lie back in the water and gaze up at the sky and float - best star gazing experience ever * if you go on the evening of a clear sunny day as we did- the blue fluorescence is stunning - a once in a lifetime experience. Deffo get in the water! *the crew - very safety aware - i felt v safe despite swimming in a lake in the dark! The could be tweaked to be better : * no greeting on arrival & had to ask for a rum punch - not a big deal but as this is sold as part of the package the detail should be there. *limbo fire show - there are 2 boat sessions and 2 limbo shows... We were on the first boat and missed most of the limbo show as it wasn't really obvious where and when it was & getting changed after a swim meant it was mostly over. Again not a big deal as that's not why we went, but could be better signposted on the night. I think if you are on the second boat it's probably better signed to keep you entertained whilst you wait for the boat. The need to know / be prepared / wish we'd known * it's great the photographer takes pictures and you'd expect a premium as at all attractions it seems the norm to overcharge... But $40 US is a bit steep to watts app pictures to you. You obviously don't get them until you are back in resort on WiFi - so really can't tell the quality as the pics are quickly clicked through on the photographers phone & it's all a rushed sale while you're dripping wet. We'd expected to pay for a pic, but hadn't counted on $40, plus food & drink - so we were short on cash. Take enough money as you'll want the pictures. * make sure you're on the first boat - apparently if on the second the water has sometimes been churned up a bit and it's less vibrant. Someone told us this after, so we were lucky re being on the first boat. *you won't need water shoes unless you're not wearing a life vest - aparently the lake is only just over 5ft deep where you swim - with Silt on the bottom. You can't touch the floor in a life vest. *make sure you wash your swimwear out well straight after - the lake doesn't smell when you're on or in it, but you're swimm wear will smell fishy when you wake up the next day. *we stayed in negril - it's a long trip to falmouth for the experience, but we'll worth it. Most hotels restaurants will be closed by the time you get back if staying in negril so get food at the venue. 100% recommend this. Would i recommend this.. 100%

Confusing - The lagoon water was good. It was very confusing when we got there. The bus driver was the one giving us directions. The dinner was included but no one there seems to know what to do about getting our order placed.

This water isn’t blue - Tourist trap. The water isn’t blue, the four hour trip was three hours driving. The boat took you just off the beach, we could have had a better experience of the hotels beach. Save your money.

The water was not blue when I was there - I did not see any blue water. It seems to me the picture is rigged. Its a scam of you ask me. I booked through a vendor that I think is a third party and I paid for my dinner, it was not included. The water was not blue that is for sure. So I paid $98 x 2 = $198 to swim in the ocean for a few minutes which I could have done for free at the resort I was at. Total ripoff if you ask me. Scam if you ask me.

Threatening and Dangerous - We arrived last night to a very busy place. We were called to the boat to begin our excursion. A very packed boat with 40 people aboard where TUI say there should be a 20 person max!! There was no room between us. There was one very very drunk British woman who began to interrupt whilst the captain was trying to talk us through the safety briefing. When we arrived at the place to disembark the boat, we all jumped in. The advert for the excursion said we'd have 45 mins with a 3 min boat journey each way so we expected at least 30 mins in the water. The captain called us all in after 5 mins to go back. So we were all irritated especially having paid £162 for 4 adult tickets. Even though I have a 10 and 13 year old. Anyway, the drunk lady began to really kick off, she kicked and punched staff as she got back on board, she racially attacked staff and then my pregnant partner asked her to stop, to which she was verbally attacked by her. She then threw and smashed a glass bottle at her boyfriend and as we all climbed back aboard she had to be restrained as she was lashing out. My son was crying his eyes out and terrified. Finally, we arrived back at the dock and we asked to see a manager we met with someone who told us was called James Carvette, he would not listen to our complaints, he was drunk and smelt of alcohol and became physically aggresive toward my pregnant partner too and started pushing at her face as soon as we asked if he had a drink. He told us it was none of our business if he drinks whilst in charge of the hundreds of people on his boats. My pregnant partner was told that SHE was the one that antagonised the drunk woman to begin with and that his boats are not overcrowded and the excursion was not bad value for money based on the 5 mins out at sea. It was a dangerous, over booked excursion where if (and when) something goes wrong, the protocols are not in place to deal with. It was disgusting and a disgrace that TUl charge so much for so little and in such an unsafe environment. We got a refund and an apology off TUI and they said this place have been told before about over booking the boats to unsafe numbers. There is literally nowhere to move on the boats at this capacity, and when someone kicks off, it’s highly dangerous. They say kids are welcome but this place encourages guests to drink and drink prior to boarding a death trap. Would NOT recommend to ANYONE!!!

Don’t waste your money - Dinner is not inclusive. The tour is extremely short. Definitely not worth the price. We were supposed to have a photographer on the boat. Ours was the only boat without a photographer. I’ve done this tour with other companies that are much better.
