Best tour I’ve had so far - Gregory and his crew went above and beyond to make this trip with my family the best it could be. It was so educational and fun at the same time

Awesome day in Icacos! - Everything was fantastic and made easy from the pick up in Fajardo to the friendly service on the island. We are a family with 4 kids and having umbrellas set up for us to enjoy the gorgeous beach with crystal clear water, along with a cooler loaded with refreshments made all the difference. Communication was also excellent with confirmation texts and instructions provided prior to our excursion day. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Puerto Rico. Thank you for the highlight of our trip!

Worth it. - The plan is perfect. Icacos beach is wonderful, and you can rest or carry out activities, according to your preference. The attention of Omar, Ezekiel and Izak was perfect.

100% recommend - We picked the 8am package to enjoy most of the day, without a lot of sun. Arriving 15 min before the time did not really matter as we waited for crew to load the boat up. The boat ride is about 15 min. From the moment you arrive you can enjoy the island while the crew sets up umbrellas, coolers and your designated area. Gabriel and Isaac were very nice, attentive, courteous acknowledging we were on vacation. We opted in to do snorkeling and hike. Both are pretty easy. Gabriel was patient and informative when we snorkeled. And Issac was very entertaining during our hike. The beach is beautiful, the hike has amazing views. Highly suggest for a chill start to your day. Do take: Beach towels, sunscreen, chairs and snacks/lunch. The crew provides beer, water, soft drinks in a cooler with ice & a beach umbrella or two.

Perfect, Idyllic Day at Icacos —with outstanding service! - We had an absolutely perfect day with East Coast Water Taxi on our trip to Icacos. We booked through the Viator app which was super easy. We immediately received a note from the booking agent, confirming our reservation and giving us personalized directions via text. The directions were easy to follow and we arrived at the marina with no problems. Captain Lucas was there to meet us and was warm, wonderful and friendly. He pointed us towards the restrooms and said he was ready to go when we were. He explained that he would take us out to the island and we would meet two additional guides who would take care of us while we were there and then he will be back to pick us up. The boat ride over to Icacos was easy, beautiful, and short. Less than 15 minutes. When we arrived, it looked like paradise… Sparkling, turquoise, waters, and white sand, beaches, and there were all sorts of rainbow umbrellas set up. Captain Lucas handed us off to Isaac and Ezekiel who were wonderful and showed us to the shore and grabbed all of our stuff from the boat. We were told to claim two umbrellas with a cooler. Cooler had beer, water and soda all covered in ice. Perfect. We simply set up our chair and towels and were ready to go. We took a 9 AM tour, which was perfect because we got there before many of the other boats. I booked this excursion late and worried about whether it was the right one. But realized as other boat tours showed up, the company we chosen was perfect because we had umbrellas where lots of others didn’t and we weren’t packed in with lots of other people. Just our family in our boat. And the coolers full of icy cold drinks were the perfect added touch. About an hour after our arrival, one of our guides came over to take us snorkeling around a reef just 100 yards down the beach. Again, perfect. We did that for probably 30 to 40 minutes. And then went back and relaxed. At about 1130, the guide came back to ask if we wanted to take an island hike. My husband went and said it was pretty awesome. Saw a huge termite hills and hermit crabs, and learned the history of the island. His tour was about 45 minutes long. Meanwhile, my two teens (13 & 15) splashed around, took a nap, and generally relaxed in the breezy shade. Late in our excursion, it started to sprinkle, but it was so warm and wonderful, and we were already in the water that it didn’t seem to matter at all. Captain Lucas came back at 2:00 to pick us up and dropped us at the dock and pointed us towards showers to rinse off the salt water if we were so inclined. Saw and fed cute puppies in the parking lot. Bathrooms were clean. Overall, this couldn’t have been a more perfect half-day adventure. I highly recommend East Coast water taxi. Great for all ages— and the team we had (Lucas, Isaac and Ezekiel) were super professional, funny and helpful. Be sure to tip these guys— they were so worth it! 😀🏝️

A MUST DO trip! - This is a MUST DO! The boat ride is 15 min. The beach is spectacular. You get to choose what activities you want to do. Or you can just enjoy the beach. The BEST part was the staff. Gregory gets 5 stars for his welcoming and friendly personality. He made you feel like you brought your big brother or your cousin with you. The guy that makes things happen for everyone. Ezekiel and Oscar also made the trip fun and easy. They set up the umbrella for you, the cooler is packed with ice and cold beverages. They come around and check on you and let you know when the snorkeling and walks are happening. You shouldn’t miss out on this experience. It was a great day! Thank you
