- Catamaran BAREFOOT IV - Our signature experience aboard the Barefoot IV Catamaran is one not to be missed while visiting the Enchanted Island of Puerto Rico. Guest will enjoy a 45-minute sail over to Icacos Island or to one of the breathtaking surrounding islands of the Fajardo Keys. Swim, sunbath, play with our beach toys or just collect shells on a deserted Island. Take advantage of our floatation belts in crystal clear Caribbean water while sipping on a refreshing pina colada.
Our catamaran arrives to the island and anchors at Icacos Island. You can swim at the beach in clear blue waters with our complimentary floating devices. Please note that check in at the dock is 8:15 am, or 8:30am at latest.

Additional Information
Our twin-hull boat transports you to the picturesque Icacos Island. On arrival, admire the stunning beach with its azure, crystal clear waters. The catamaran remains docked at the beach until it’s time for lunch. You can explore the beach, take a swim, or simply decompress in this idyllic Caribbean landscape, or even snorkel independently from the shoreline. Post-lunch, we journey to another reef for more snorkeling, contingent on ocean conditions. Afterward, we raise our sail for a tranquil journey back to the pier.
- The drive to Villa Marina is about 1 to 1 1/2 hours from San Juan. Check in is at 8:15am (latest 8:30am) at the dock.
- We need to be informed in advance by phone if you are bringing a certified service dog. Dog must have service dog tag/ID.
- To request a vegetarian lunch or if you have other dietary restrictions, please contact local operator immediately after booking
- Minimum age is 4 years old. We will require proof of age.

Would definitely book again! - If your thinking of booking! Just book it! It was worth every penny, captain Robert, Anthony and the rest of the crew were great! The drinks just kept coming, lunch provided was good. The beach was beautiful, we stood there a few hours & was taken a few mins away for the snorkeling (gear provided). Totally recommend

BOOK IT! - This excursion was probably the best part of my trip to Puerto Rico. Icacos is incredible! The tour was worth every penny. The staff was so great, the drinks kept coming, the food provided was good, music was a vibe. Great for all kinds of group types, including kids. We were on the beach for a few hours and then they took us off shore to snorkel (gear provided). You can also bring your own snacks/food/drinks. I can’t wait to go again when I come back.

A great island experience for family of all ages! - In spite of some rain, our overarching experience on this boat trip was an absolute good time. My family ranged from 10 - 80 (!) and we all enjoyed the experience of traveling to two different swim and snorkel spots. The captain and crew were all INCREDIBLY attentive to each and every traveler on board- minding our safety, comfort and enjoyment!
Note, we spent more time at the first stop in Icacos which left less time for snorkeling at the second stop. The snorkeling is pretty low key - if you are a very experienced snorkeler temper your expectations on what you will see, but it's a great chance to work in a few fish sightings.
A sandwich lunch was provided (including tasty pasta salad) as well as copious beverages (soft or hard).
The boat did include a restroom as well.

Highly recommend! - Great crew! Captain Robert, Eli, Marco, Adrian! We had a great time on the island and snorkeling. The drinks kept coming and the music was great. I would highly recommend this tour for anybody visiting Puerto Rico!

Good for your soul - Sailing, sea, sand and sun!! Perfect combination and even though we had a rain shower the crew were top notch in keeping it fun. Marcos, Adrian, Robert and Eli were the best hosts and navigators of our excursion. Efficient, timely and friendly. I would recommend this excursion and I would take it again. We had a great experience with Viator also.
