Great experience.. highly recommended - Charlie was amazing. Showed us around and really took great care of us. My son lost his glasses in a jump and he went into the water and found them for him. Charlie also was very patient with anyone who wanted extra time.

We Loved IT!!!!!! - We had a great time at El Yunque with our tour guide Papi Chulo. I was there with my 3 kids and he made even the most scary and difficult parts of the hike fun and enjoyable! Thank you for a great experience! Julia Samersova

Best hike ever! - Karta was our tour guide. She made sure that me and my 11 year old son enjoyed the hike. We are not experienced hikers so we truly appreciated the personalized nature of this tour. She literally instructed us on where to put our next foot! Katya made it easy for us! She has a lot of knowledge of the rainforest. After the tour she took us to luquillo for a nice Puerto ricin lunch.

A Unique Amazing Experience - This was an amazing trip and we had a great time with our guide Rafael. He was very knowledgeable and engaging all day and took extra time to always ensure my 8-year-old was able to participate. The hike was challenging in a couple of places but we all made it fine and got to enjoy the beauty of the rainforest and the fun of the slides and water. He suggested an earlier start to beat the crowds and we’re glad we agreed, as it did get crowded with a later start. The spot is beautiful but definitely be prepared to get muddy and wet.

Physically engaging and fun experience that will be remembered for a lifetime - Vanessa is an excellent guide who made this an amazing experience for young and old. With group member ages ranging from 13-66, Vanessa's attention to detail to make the activities relevant, fun, and safe for all participants was commendable. From leading a sometimes challenging climb up slippery rocks to offering alternative paths to match member's physical capabilities, Vanessa always did so with a smile and a helping hand. Her help in carrying backpacks and life preservers and photographing and video taping participants with their cameras was a big help. I cannot say enough for Vanessa's role in making this the most enjoyable of the several activities we did on this Puerto Rico Vacation.

The best! - Rafael was AMAZING! His assistant was equally amazing! They were fun and knowledgeable and sooo helpful! Some parts of the hike were pretty tough for some of us but they were patient and encouraging and helped us get through it.

Best Jungle Hike Ever - Jose did all the little extras from carving amazing fruit on a huge leaf to carrying a 3yo on his back. This is an amazing jungle hike with natural vistas, clean air/water, waterfall jumps, slides and the best hike i have been on. Would give a higher rating if could. Warning, it is muddy, slippery, minor bouldering, and wet. All worth it, to feel the pulse of the jungle and be reenergized by the pure rich flora.

Really beautiful. - The trail was great. The guide took us in through one route and out through another until it met through the same path again. The fruit was a nice touch. I really liked that we had a really small group made thing go smoother. He made an effort to make sure we enjoyed all the spots with less guides at the time we arrived. The only complaint is that my BF lost his glasses he forgot to hold them when going down the natural slide. Towards the end the tour guide said well I told you guys to travel light. He can’t see from far away only sees blurry figures. The only way he wouldn’t have lost his glasses is if he had left it in the back pack like he did before every other jump we did.

Fun Deceptive Tour - The tour was great, our tour guide Vannessa was great. Description of the tour was misleading. Was told of hiking and playing in the river. Sounded like a casual hike but it was quite challenging.

This trip is a scam - This trip is a scam. Do not waste your money. Everything you do on this trip is free and easy to get to on your own. It is completely over-priced considering everything is excluded, you have to drive yourself, pay your own fees, bring your own snack. You do not need to pay this per person trip. Just get the directions to the locations, they are really easy to get to. The tour company changed the time of the tour at the last minute and made the departure an hour earlier. They texted the change and my kid playing on my phone got the text, not me, and they counted that as our consent to leave early. When I eventually saw that the time changed, we had to try and get 5 kids ready and out the door. Needless to say, we did not make it in time for the new tour time but would have been there at the old time. The tour left without us. They counted us as a no show and so we drove to the rain forest on our own. When we got there the National Park staff told us this tour is considered a scam here. The park only has 2 official companies that are allowed to give tours of the park. This is why this tour makes you meet them outside the park, drive yourself, and follow them. The park only charges $2 per car to get in and you need a reservation to get in. Reservations sell out quickly so you cannot get them the same day. This tour doesn’t take you to the park but a quick easy trail and a private property with slides that isn’t even part of the forest. Save your money and do it yourself.
