This was an excellent... - This was an excellent auroras tour, instead of going off to a set location, they monitor conditions to find the best place at the time and then setup camp with bonfires, tasty sausage snacks, and drinks. Also the guides are extremely helpful not only in taking professional pictures for download but also in assistance and tips using our own cameras. Vans are left running so we could step in to warm up when needed and the particular place we stopped at this night didn't have lights in the restrooms so they hung some up for us. If I ever make it out this way again for the auroras, this is the tour I would book again.

FABULOUS - IT WAS DEFINITELY A BREATHTAKING EXPERIENCE. WE WERE EXTREMELY SATISFIED AND HAPPY WITH ALL THE SERVICE OFFERED BY AURORA IN ALASKA. ME AND MY WIFE WOULD LIKE TO HIGHLIGHT ALL THE ORGANIZATION, TIMELY FEEDBACK AND GREAT EMPHASIS ON THE GUIDE NICK WHO WAS INCREDIBLY ATTENTIVE, PLEASANT AND PROFESSIONAL. ALL THE STRUCTURE AND ALL THE DETAILS WERE REALLY THOUGHT OUT TO OFFER THE BEST FOR US AND OTHERS WHO WERE ON THE TOUR. WE LOVE EVERYTHING!!!!

Best Aurora siteseeing - Nick, was awesome, only if all guides were like him. He was personable, professional and created a wonderful experience. We had a fantastic fire roasted reindeer dogs, drank hot chocolate and pop popcorn. Nick took photos, and helped everyone with their cameras. I will definitely refer ING this tour to everyone for winter sightseeing of the Aurora

Awesome Experience - Nick was our guide for the tour and he was fantastic! He was so engaging, funny and knowledgable about all things Alaska. We ended up having perfect sightings of the Aurora Borealis. Even the pictures from my old smart phone turned out really well. I cannot wait to see the ones that Nick took with a high-end digital camera!. We had a fun group of people and I really enjoyed sitting around the campfire talking with everyone, trying reindeer sausage, and popcorn made in a whirly-pop popcorn maker over the open fire. It was such a great night and experience for my very first trip to Alaska. Anyone looking to book an Aurora Borealis tour, do yourself a favor and go with this tour company!

Best Aurora Trip - truly surpassed expectations!! - Super amazing trip! I’d rank it a 20 out of 10! My details - solo traveller, came to Fairbanks for the Aurora, was concerned about going into the wilderness w strangers and no cell service in a foreign country. I’m from Toronto Canada - city slicker. Here r the amazing things that happened * transport - it’s a high ceiling van - lots of air flow! Luxurious actually, appreciated the grab bars and extra step for coming out onto ice/snow. *Nick was amazing - told us when it was going to be bumpy, gave us light for the outhouse, super knowledgeable, gave us heat (very cool fire gizmo - no smoke in the eyes) showed us a movie about the science of the Aurora (yes, I’m a geek) AND it was a version I could understand. *Nick helped w the settings on my phone AND took as many pics as we wanted w his Ferrari level camera (I forget the brand). *Nick took us to 2 locations in the boonies and was in as much awe as us when the Aurora really was active. *during set up - Nick put out coffee, hot choc, hot water so we had access whenever we wanted. *fire area - seats for everyone provided! Was available the whole time. *cool tunes throughout the night * van was heated throughout the night - I hit my threshold at 3 am - was fine in the van after that *Nick made us fresh popcorn! With a whirlypop! Very old school and cool! *offered us reindeer meat - didn’t try it but ppl said it was good *on the way back gave us good info about things to do while we are here *on the way back - showed us a time lapse video of what we just saw - didn’t even see him set up the tech! *I am Nick’s biggest fan - high five Nick - wishing you success in all your endeavers - thank you for making this bucket list item so phenomenal! *also - great communication via text - I was working w only wifi from hotel. This company knows their stuff and implemented the trip very well!

The best attraction in town - Oustanding - We were thoroughly impressed by the organization, the support provided by the guides, and the overall outcome. It's worth every penny and deserves to be ranked among the top attractions on Farebank.

Don't regret but won't repeat. Book a smaller tour. - Good itinerary of the tour. Nice setting with the bon fires and the snacks, very friendly staff. Unfortunately the best part of the tour, the photo memories, turned out to be very disappointing for some of us. My face on the aurora photo is very blurred, cannot print it out or frame it as planned, looks bad even on a small file. The photographer was confirming after each photo if they looked fine, wish I was told mine was ruined so we could retake it. It was kind of chaotic with many people cutting the photo line and asking for multiple shots. I would recommend explaining better how the whole thing works before people get to the camera. If we knew we had multiple shots included, we would have gone 3 or 4 times more to make sure at lease one photo would be fine. Left a bad feeling as this is an amazing memory that it was pretty much ruined for me. I would recommend other tours with a small group where you get your photos taken with care and you don't have to deal with arrogant people thinking they are on a private photo session.
