Highlights
- 2710 McCall St - You will sit in our cozy and 180° mountain view Alaskan style cabin during your visit. While you are waiting inside, please feel free to enjoy some tea, hot chocolate, coffee, snacks, and cup noodles provided in the cabin. There are also table games, karaoke, and projector movies provided, as you requested. We will provide free photography for you with Lady Aurora.
We will contact you and confirm the pickup details if you require transportation service. Normally, we pick up around 9:45 p.m., allowing you to have the maximum amount of time at the Aurora Cabin. Please keep in mind that we are flexible to meet your needs. After your Northern Lights’ tour is completed, we will provide drop-off service back to your hotel or Airbnb.

Aurora Camp is located next to Murphy Dome, which is one of the best northern lights viewing areas near Fairbanks and a favorite spot for many Aurora photographers. With this activity, you can see the northern lights while staying in a cozy and warm Alaskan-style cabin. There is absolutely no artificial light pollution there. The Aurora cabin has six huge glass windows facing the north. Your field of view exceeds 180°. It can be said that you can enjoy Lady Aurora dancing in the sky while you are holding a cup of hot chocolate and sitting in the cabin.

If the clouds would have... - If the clouds would have stayed away, it would have been perfection. David did everything he could to find the best time to take our photos with what we could see of the Northern Lights in the background. The indoor bathroom, Wi-fi, snacks and ontime shuttle were greatly appreciated, too.

Aurora viewing - Great spot to watch the Aurora weather pending as it changes so drastically. We were able to see some , but definitely great spot. Our tour guide David is very knowledgeable and helped us set the cellphone camera properly in order to capture great views

Great experience! Northern lights on a snowy night! - We had a great time and saw the northern lights on a snowy night! The host Joy was very accommodating and super helpful. David is awesome and was able to spot the northern lights even on the snowy night we were there. He helped everyone took great pictures! Highly recommended!!!

Great service! - David was great. He's very accommodating of our needs. He was punctual and really helpful. We had lots of snacks while waiting for the Aurora to show up. We got to taste the reindeer sausage, it was yummy!

Best Northern Lights Viewing - This viewing experience was the highlight of our trip. Joy and David are incredibly kind and accommodating. The viewing site is the perfect setting to view the aurora borealis. Indoor plumbing, hot drinks, ample snacks are all provided. The cabin is heated. It’s nice to be able to come inside and warmup and then easily go back out to catch the light show. David takes tons of pictures of everyone. Joy is very personable and circulates among all the viewers to make sure they are comfortable and having a positive experience. I would use them again if we return and I highly recommend this option for viewing the Northern lights!

A dream come true - We did the 3 nights with a pick up/drop off. Seeing the Aurora Borealis dancing in the sky above our heads was unforgettable. The cabin was very comfortable and so much snacks and drinks were offered. Along with a clean bathroom. The cabin overall was very spacious. To have the option to wait inside for the Aurora to show up was very much needed as the temperature gets cold. David is an awesome photographer as well. This experience was worth every penny. We appreciate David and his crew very much for the hospitality!!

Most unprofessional business - We were told our guide would pick us up at our hotel when we purchased the package. We emphasized transportation was required and were assured it was included. Just hours after charging our credit card Viator emailed us stating transportation would not be provided. When a refund was requested they refused and were completely unprofessional. We were hung up on and never received responses via email or phone.
