A Surreal Experience - Swimming with Whale Sharks has been on my bucket list & thanks to the amazing Crew of Jazz-2 (our boat for the day) on 12 March 2024 I got to tick that box with this surreal experience It’s incredible to watch these huge fish (one’s we saw on the day varied in length 4 to 8 metres) serenely swim up from deep blue. I can’t rate my experience with Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo more highly. Picked up from Exmouth Wharf in mini bus (we were off a cruise ship), driven through amazing area that is the North West Cape to Ningaloo Reef boat ramp. Taken out to our boat Jazz-2, clear considerably instructions for safety & to optimise our day. All gear in great condition & best ever they gave me prescription lens face mask 👏👏👏 We did swims & had incredible & rare scenario of two whalesharks together. I am a strong swimmer & confident snorkeller but the Crew did amazing job for people that weren’t & they got the opportunity to swim in open ocean The Crew also prepared an amazing lunch. We also saw dolphins, mantra-ray & turtles Do this once in your life, make sure you book Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo

World class trip - The whale shark swim day aboard Jazz II was hard to fault. As a veteran of many waterborne adventures I would rate it very highly. The crew were highly professional knowledgeable and friendly. The boat and gear were faultless. One of our group fell ill through no fault of the crew or the activity and their care for her and the attention to ensuring the rest of us did not miss out despite having to return to shore briefly was admirable. We saw a number of close up whale sharks and a manta and had a world class snorkel in the lagoon which including a dugong visit. Highly recommended but go in whale shark season (as we did) when sightings are guaranteed.

Magic happens - What a professional outfit. Thank you to the crew members helping me back on board. I had 4 swims and every one of them resulted in a fantastic sighting . The footage is as good as any documentary , fantastic.👍better than I thought it would be.🤗

Whale sharks - We saw whale sharks orcas and had an amazing reef snorkel Staff were informative and as enthusiastic as us to see the unbelievable sea life

Unforgettable experience - Incredible day out. The crew were fabulous and made sure everyone had plenty of encounters with the whale sharks. Would definitely recommend this company.

Seeing all the different... - Seeing all the different corals, swimming alongside whale sharks & all the colourful tropical fish. Crew were really wonderful & plentry of food on board. Well worth the trip.

Worth it - Excellent service, boat was well equipped and comfortable but best of all the whale sharks were amazing. Got 4 swims with them plus 2 swims on the reef where we saw dolphins and a white tip shark. Crew were very helpful and made it a great day.

Simply awesome. A must do bucket list tour. - We've been travelling around Australia for 14 months and this is our No1 experience so far. Got 4 swims with a whale shark in late Sept plus 2 awesome reef drift snorkels. Great boat, friendly and fun crew, well organised, good food and drinks, and photos all included. Excellent value. Our 10yo son did it all with us. We were all a bit anxious at first but crew quickly put us at ease with their clear and organised instructions. We also learned loads about Exmouth history and whale sharks and Ningaloo reef. A must do!

A good day but expensive with all the add ons - A really great day snorkelling with the whale sharks and snorkelling around the reef. A well organised day with lunch provided on board which you definitely need after all the swimming. We saw a turtle whilst snorkelling too which was amazing and you get plenty of time in the water with the whale sharks too. The only thing for me was that the photos are provided on a usb which you need to bring yourself or buy, the whale shark usb is super cute and definitely worth purchasing. However I was not able to pick it up from the shop due to a flight the next day, they said it could be posted to me which I had to pay an additional cost which was frustrating seems as I’d already paid extra for the usb and it was unfortunate that my flight meant I could not collect it. When it arrived the cost of postage was $2 and they charged me a standard parcel of $10 so this was also frustrating that they charged me extra and couldn’t sub the $2 to post the usb. When I checked the photos I also found there wasn’t loads on there when I knew I had taken more with the photographer whilst out snorkelling so that was disappointing but the pictures on there were nice and the summary video of the day. Otherwise it was a great day and experience and the usb souvenir is worth the extra as long as you can collect it the next day.
