Great time in EBC - We booked the EBC trek with Glorious Himalaya for 2 persons. Our main contact, Ganesh, has been prompt and helpful with our queries. We are also happy with our assigned guide, Ganesh Karki (another Ganesh!). We were impressed with his emphasis on safety and his professionalism and knowledge of the area and local culture. Although one of us experienced AMS, and the trip was affected by the weather (no fault of the company), we managed to have a pleasant time in Nepal. We recommend Glorious Himalaya for your trip planning.

We can say that he is not only our guide, but also our friend.

Unforgetable experience - We trekked to Everest Base Camp and climbed Kala Pattar Peak, everything under control and incredibly attended to, from arrival at Kathmandu airport to departure. Keshab was our guide, a young but very professional boy who attended to us at all times of the trek without leaving us for a moment. I would repeat if in doubt

My Once in Lifetime Amazing Experience in Nepal with Glorious Himalaya Trekking!! - My experience with Glorious Himalaya Trekking was a truly wonderful one! After settling in for a day in Kathmandu, we went on our City Tour the next day. Ramesh our city tour guide was very knowledgeable. He taught us so much about Nepal and the customs and traditions of the people. I thoroughly enjoyed walking in the square in Kathmandu and visiting the Monkey Temple. Ramesh did an excellent job. Thank you!! Ganesh our guide took care of each and every need we had while on the mountains. He was well known at the tea houses as well and so we were able to be as comfortable as can be. Ganesh really knew the trails as well. We extended our stay on the mountains and did some extra hiking across from Dingboche to Phortse and the next day to Thore. We went over some mountains and our confident guide did a great job in keeping us motivated while being out in the open. The tea houses that our guide chose were all really good. I felt safe and comfortable at all times during my time in Nepal while with Ganesh my guide. The service I received was impeccable and he met all of my needs. He knew the mountains like the back of his hand. Thank you Ganesh for believing in me and encouraging me every step of the way and teaching me so much about the different mountains. Our porter Mr Dhan was amazing as well. He was strong and sturdy never breaking a sweat and always ahead of us with all the load on his back. He was truly a motivating factor to keep moving foward while I was struggling with my daypack and with the altitude. I will never forget struggling to reach the teahouse in Thore and Dhan called Ganesh asking if we wanted him to walk back to meet us with food. He is a very kind and hardworking individual. Thank you Mr Dhan!! Mr Ganesh, the owner of Glorious Himalaya Trekking, I am deeply grateful to him for making my dream of hiking in the Himalayas amongst 6000ers, 7000ers and 8000ers possible. Thank you for all that you did for us before we arrived to Kathmandu and thank you for being understanding and helpful while we were on the mountains. He is a very kind and gentle soul and I will highly recommend his company Glorious Himalaya Trekking to anyone heading to Nepal to experience any adventures!!

Trip of a lifetime with our wonderful guide Keshab and porter Indra! - We just completed the 12 day EBC Trek through Glorious Himalaya Trekking company. Ganesh was very helpful and responsive when we were organising the trek, and we were able to rent a duffle bag and sleeping bags through the company. Our trek was amazing and memorable, because of our guide Keshab and our porter Indra. Keshab taught us a lot about the environment, the mountains, and the people in the Khumbu region. He always asked how we were feeling to make sure we didn’t have symptoms of altitude sickness. Keshab also organised clean and comfortable accomodation for us at the tea houses. Indra is a very helpful and hardworking man, and he always made sure we were comfortable and was always looking out for us during the trek. Keshab and Indra are very skilled, and we were very lucky to have them with us on this journey. I highly recommend this company, especially Keshab and Indra!

Everest Base Camp Trek - Nov 2023 - This trek was an experience of a lifetime. Everything Ganesh and his team organized for us was superb and seamless and took a lot of stress out of our hands. The trek itself was incredible, and special thanks to our guide Kishab who organized our accommodation, meals, flights etc., and made it so enjoyable for us. He also has amazing knowledge that was invaluable to us wanting to learn more about the Himalayas. Special thanks as well to our porter Indra, without whom we will not have been able to pull this trek off. He was friendly and kind all the way through. I cannot recommend Glorious Himalaya enough, and if you get the opportunity, ask for Kishab and Indra as your guide and porter as they make a wonderful duo who will make your trek so much more enjoyable.
