Helicopter tour - We had a short time in Nepal and decided to see the Everest base camp by Helicopter. the ride was smooth and the view was great. The highest landing was Kalapather viewpoint. The breakfast place was nice at a lower elevation. Had one-hour of free time for breakfast time. All the staffs are professional and serious for safety first. Highly Recommended.

Once-in-a-lifetime experience.. absolutely fantastic - This was really an amazing trip. It was all perfect. Pickup at the hotel was more than punctual, check-in was easy and the flight was fantastic. You fly almost 2,5 hours all over and will have an phenomenal view. It was really bombastic. Certainly one thing you should do, when you are in Nepal!

If you only do ONE thing, make it this! - I cannot even begin to say how well organised this was and how well looked after we were. I booked solo, but went as part of a group. We were encouraged to swap seats so that we all had a chance to sit at the front. The helicopter had 1 front seat, and 4 in the back (with the views being better at the sides.) The helicopter used doubles as a rescue helicopter, which is very reassuring - because you know that our tourist landings on helipads must be a piece of cake compared to the challenges the pilot is used to. The landing places themselves were STUNNING. They looked like something out of an alien terrain, like nothing I have ever seen before. We were lucky enough to have landed at Kala Patar on the day we went. It was gorgeous. Be aware that you need to pay 3000 rupees to land at Everest View Hotel. This was more than worth it. The set helicopter breakfast was 25USD. Another thing to bear in mind is that because the helicopter doubles as a rescue one, it might be called away whilst you are eating breakfast (which is what happened to my group.) However this company were wonderful, they sent me a message (whassap) to let me know and arranged for another helicopter to come and get us once it was free. They communicated wonderfully well, not just in this situation, but throughout. Replying to my messages almost instantly, patiently answering all of my millions of questions before the flight. Truly the extra money to copter and land versus an aeroplane flyover, is well spent. This experience was one in a million.

Exhilarating Mount Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar Landing--Private Tour! - No review can express the visual beauty of Mount Everest and all of the surrounding peaks unless you see them in person! Rajan went out of his way and took care of all the logistics, making this dream a reality; he took the time to describe the various mountain peaks and surrounding areas! Himalaya Holiday Service is the best in taking a private tour to Base Camp and Kala Patthar. THANK YOU RAJAN!!!

Amazing! - I rarely book tours through travel agencies... but I couldn’t have been happier that I used the Himalaya Holiday Service. They were patient to answer my questions and help me understand exactly the climate to prepare for. Everything was explained emphatically. I took the helicopter tour to base camp and then stayed at Hotel Everest View (their staff is amazing too). I can’t express this well enough. This agency did everything to make me feel at home and walked me through each step of the way. They really handled me well and put in extra effort. I will recommend them to my friends. Wow, what a magnificent trip!!
