Cycling the river in Eugene - Brilliant fun , cycled along both sides of the riverbank Owner was very helpful. Fully recommend this company.

Fun times! - The Pedego bikes were fantastic, comfortable and lots of power. The trek around the rivers edge was gorgeous, had a great time, we highly recommend this adventure.

Such a fun way to get around! - We rented e-bikes from Pedego and had so much fun. They were so friendly and patient when explaining how to operate the bikes, which was great as it was our first time riding electric bikes and we had a lot of questions. Would highly recommend as a way to explore a new area that is bike friendly, which Eugene is. You can pedal as much as you want or use the pedal assist and throttle to help move you along. They provide the helmet and bike lock so you can stop and go as you please. We rode the trail, stopped mid way and had a nice lunch at McMenamins, then back on our bikes to explore some more. The day just flew by!

Renting E-bikes from Pedego Eugene, PR - We found Pedego doing a search on Google. We registered online after some Q&A with Pedego via text. The e-bikes were in great condition and after a 10 minutes lesson we hit the road around 11:30am. We rode the trail on the south and northside of the Willamette River. Our trip ended around 4:30pm. It was a fantastic experience. The customer service was excellent, the equipment in great condition, and the price was fair. We recommend Pedego if you are looking to see Eugene from a bike saddle.

Fun time in Eugene w/ Pedago Eugene! - Mike and his staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable of their product, and knowledgeable of the area. The bikes were very well maintained and helmets were very clean. Mike took the necessary time to give us instructions, fit the bikes to us properly, and make sure we were comfortable and safe before sending us on our way. Great experience!

Marvelous bike tour of Eugene - My son and I rented electric bikes for the afternoon. The owner was terrific. He gave us a great lesson and perfect directions, then we were off. We biked up and down the paths along the Willamette River, then through campus. The bikes were fantastic and the ride sublime. A great way to see the city. This was a true highlight of our visit to Eugene.

Excellent Experience for First Time Electric Bike Riders - My 20 year old daughter, an avid dancer and skier, always had issues with bike riding. I thought Eugene with it’s wonderful bike paths would be a great place to introduce her to electric bikes. When we showed up on the morning of our rental, the owner of this shop, Mike, was very helpful in fitting us to the rental bikes and showing us how they operate. We then “practiced” in a nearby parking lot. I had no issues however my daughter needed several minutes of “practice.” Mike was very thoughtful, and patient working with my daughter until she was confident leaving the parking lot. We then had a terrific few hours exploring Eugene’s bike paths. My experience with the bike shop was first rate, from my initial calls with them (I called them directly)in booking through to the experience of renting the bikes. A+ experience. Thanks, Mike!

Electric Bike Store Rocks!!! - We rented our first time electric bikes here. The owners were patient and so kind in helping educate about the bikes, safety, and suggested routes for a couple hours around the Willamette River. Very lovely experience! 5*****!

A+ day! - Riding e-bikes along the beautiful river path was a highlight of our trip to Eugene. It was easy and fun— the path is right near the bike shop too so so no need to jostle in traffic. The folks at Pedego were fantastic. An A+ day!!
