Perfect views and an outstanding host. - We visited the Danube bend and surrounding area with Gabor as our private guide. Gabor's expert knowledge of the geography and local history really brought the tour to life. The restaurant we visited for lunch was amazing, and we enjoyed some local food and a few laughs with our host. Instead of a tour bus, Gabor drove us in a posh air conditioned limo which allowed us to get close to the action. The highlight for me was climbing to the observation deck of the dome of the basilica while my wife and sister enjoyed a cool drink in the nearby cafe. Would recommend this tour, and Gabor in particular as a guide, without reservation. Worth every Florin.

Outside Budapest tour - While in Budapest do the site seeing yourself as almost all places to see are walkable or easily accessible by tram or metro. But outside Budapest is also worth seeing, hence this tour practically a must. If you’re a small group, best to get a private tour where you have better flexibility in your itinerary. Before you start the trip, discuss with your guide - in our case Zalto - on tour details like if you want to enter the castles, spend longer in a certain site, suggest place to eat, etc. Manage your time well though.
