Best wildlife tour! - Chadd and Kaylee were awesome! Very knowledgeable and know exactly where the animals hang out and places with the most scenic views. Was a very relaxing and exciting day all at once! Highly recommend.

Best tour guide - We booked an all-day tour with Chadd and really enjoyed spending the time with him. He tailored the tour to give us the greatest chance of meeting our requests (seeing and learning about wildlife in the park, especially babies) and taking our age and limitations into account. He far exceeded expectations on all counts. We saw at least a dozen elk and moose (including newborn babies!). We also saw bighorn sheep, mule deer and many smaller animals and birds. We found him very knowledgeable about all aspects of nature in the park. And, we genuinely liked him.

Great Morning. - Chad was awesome, really knowledgeable and able to postion us to see some really neat wildlife from grouse, turkey, and squirrel to huge herd of elk and a couple of bulls. A couple of the roads closed due to weather, but not his fault. This tour is totally worth it, have an open mind. Enjoy RMNP with someone who knows it well. 10/10 Recommend

Don't hesitate, book it now!! - This tour was awesome from start to finish! Chadd is able to spot animals that are like finding a needle in a haystack. We were able to get the infamous hat trick (moose, elk, and mule deer in the same day) along with a coyote 10 feet away from us, a whistle pig (yellow bellied marmot), and even a weasel hunting pica. When he wasn't busy spotting wildlife, Chadd's impressions were on point and he had us all in hysterics coming down the mountain. This made out trip truly unforgettable, and my teenage son still can't stop talking about it. Thanks Chadd for the amazing time! Your Minnesota friends will be back for sure!

Perfect tour to see and learn a lot about wildlife in one day. - Spending the day in the park with Chadd was a wonderful experience. He was knowledgeable, polite, and entertaining. He could answer any question and was enthusiastic about teaching some of the wonders of nature, animals, plants, etc. He knew where to take us for the best viewing of some of the wildlife and some areas, we would have definitely missed if we were visiting the park alone. We had a great time and were so thankful we took this tour.

Wildlife Magic: Chadd's Rocky Mountain Tour - Nature, Knowledge, and Pure Excitement! - Oh, we can't stop raving about Chadd's Walking With Wildlife private Rocky Mountain wildlife tour! It was the absolute highlight of our week-long Colorado trip. From the get-go, Chadd welcomed us like old friends, and his infectious enthusiasm for the wildlife had us all excited even before we set off. The animals we crossed paths with were like characters from a storybook – Mule deer, Rocky Mountain Elk, Shiras Moose, Pika, Yellow-Bellied Marmot, Least Chipmunk, Abert's Squirrel, Red-tailed Hawk, Osprey, Turkey, and the largest Shiras Moose he's seen in the park to top it off (did I mention MOOSE!)! Chadd's knack for spotting these animals was mind-blowing; he'd point and suddenly we'd be in the middle of a real-life nature show. But let's talk about Chadd – not just your average guide. His knowledge about the park's history, plants, and geology was like having a walking encyclopedia with us. But he's way cooler than any book – his stories about each animal and his respect for their home felt like we were being let in on a secret. And the tour itself? Super cozy in his comfy SUV, with jaw-dropping vistas all around. Chadd was more like a friend showing us around than a tour guide. We chatted, laughed, and felt like we were part of something special, exploring the wild side of the Rockies. Honestly, our day with Chadd felt like a dream. We're already planning our next adventure with him, maybe in another park next time. If you're after an unforgettable, up-close wildlife experience with someone who feels like a long-lost friend, Chadd's your guy. Just don't be surprised if you come back with a newfound fascination for all things wild!
