An unforgettable moment with Malika, an exceptional guide! - I had the chance to participate in this wonderful walk to the waterfall and the Sidi M’Bark marabout, and I want to highlight how Malika made this experience special. Passionate, attentive and generous in her explanations, she created a climate of trust and conviviality throughout the walk. The tea at Kaouki, the beautiful scenery, the history of the place told with heart... everything was perfect. Thank you Malika for this authentic and soothing moment. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to discover another side of Essaouira, far from the classic tourist circuits!

Ecosustainable and respectful company! Very recommended! - We booked an half-day tour with Berbelands: Walk on the dunes, Waterfall, Tea with berber family. Naima, our guide, was wonderful: she provides us lots of interesting information about the history of that land and about the environment and nature; she also answers to our questions. The visit to berber family, having tea together was a special experience. That’s not a usual touristic tour, it’s rather an immersion in rural landscape and berber traditions. The company “Berberlands” is a ecosustainable and respectful one, we recommend this experience very much!

Excursion Berberlands - We had a great time as a family thanks to the entire Berberlands team. Change of scenery, smiles, encounters. Thanks to Habiba for the organization, to Faissal our super guide, to Hassan and his wife, our hosts for delicious Berber tea and to our drivers. Everything was perfect for this family outing of 13 people ranging from 73 years to 13 years.

Wonderful trekking for the family - We are a couple with a three-year-old child, and for us, the excursion was a wonderful experience. Our guide, Naima, was excellent, kind, knowledgeable about the area, and great to talk to. The landscape was beautiful, and we had the chance to see the cascade and stream flowing again after years of drought. Thanks to a donkey, we were able to enjoy the excursion even with our child—he was excited too! Everyone we met was incredibly kind: the driver, Naima, the donkey owner, and his family. Highly recommended!

An Opportunity to Exlpore beyond the Town - This a half day tour from Essaouira. The mini van drops you at beach head and you walk with some small climbs to see a cascade which courtesy of recent rains was falling. The vistas were amazing and we seemed to be the only people on the beach. The grave and old house the Sydi Mbarak was as remote as described. And the tea was welcomed after the walk

Nice trip to the waterfall - A relaxed and great excursion with friendly accompaniment. We saw some of the area, were able to move a bit and also the visit to tea with a local family with a small tasting was very pleasant. We definitely enjoyed it.

An interesting morning trip - We had a lovely walk through sand dunes and along a deserted beach. The cascades must have once been spectacular but due to lack or rain there is hardly any water here anymore. The tea and food in the village was very nice to have at the end of the walk. Faisal was informative and happy to answer questions.

Educational hike - My daughter and I enjoyed this excursion immensely. It was refreshing to drive into the countryside and take a long walk on the beach/dunes with our guide, Naima. She was a WEALTH of knowledge, it is very apparent she loves what she is doing. I don't think we had a single question for which she didn't have an answer :) Tip: make sure you have service to use Google maps to find the meeting point at the laboratory and give yourself a bit of extra time to get there!

Beautiful Walk with a Great Guide - thanks, Faycal! - Beautiful walk to the sea and along the coast, then past the (sadly almost dry) cascades to a delicious mint tea and Moroccan bread and trading dips meal at a villager's home. Our guide, Faycal, was brilliant. Knowledgeable and a lot of fun.
